Staff was so generous

Everything was fine, front desk people very friendly and went out of their way to help. We had requested bathroom and garbage to be taken care of; they did not replace bath get which was empty, took container out but did not replace. Showering with out soap is not ok. Took several requests to get towels and bath mat replaced.

I really enjoyed my stay at Crowne Plaza. The room was nice, there are plenty of food options within a mile or two (including in the hotel), and it's close to the airport. But the people working at Crowne Plaza made the difference - so many smiling faces!

The property had drug addicts outside their facility and abandon buildings right next door. The area is not safe at all. I did not stay and left to go to another hotel where I felt safe to walk outside and to leave my car in the parking lot

The hotel is upgrading, so that's a good thing. The bad thing is that the hotel has to upgrade. Other than that, the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Stayed at the Crowne Plaza Milwaukee and felt genuinely welcomed. The manager set the tone with great insights about the property and area—it felt like staying with family. Bar staff, maintenance, and front desk all went above and beyond. Professional, friendly, and attentive throughout. Would absolutely stay again.

Fast check in with great crew of friendly and knowledgeable staff. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay again.

Tv didn’t work. Pullout had no mattress. No blankets. No phone in room to call room service. Black substance on bathroom ceiling. Gross

Clean. Nice. Perfect for an overnight day. The room was very modern

Great amenities. Awesome staff. Area around the hotel did not seem great at all. Would highly recommend getting a room in either Mequon or Downtown Milwaukee.

I turned on heater in room and it stank up the whole room…couldn’t even fall asleep until 3 am.

Comfortable beds..would've liked an extra blanket. Bathroom floors and tub were slippery..did not appear to have vent fan so even more slippery. Not much counter space around the sink. Both mirror's were in the way. Toilet seat was wobbling when sat on. Couldn't set clock to correct time. 1 lamp light slowly burning out on main lamp. Staff was very friendly and gave us an extra hour since we checked in after midnight because of plane delays. Just wrote down thoughts for improvements going forward. Did not have breakfast either time we stayed because of flights. Really enjoyed the gentlemen on the shuttle ride to and from the airport!! 🤗
