It’s was late and we just needed clean bedding for a night of sleep, but I wouldn’t have stayed any longer. This hotel is definitely showing its age with unraveled carpeting, discolored fixtures, janky repairs, crusty corners, and unclean appearance. It’s down the block from a prison, there were loiterers that the staff had to kick out of the breakfast, and they didn’t even check my ID when I checked in - all contributing to a poor sense of security. The bed was comfy at least!

Won’t recommend this place.

It looked unfinished like it was being remodeled. Had we known we would not have booked a room at this place. When we drove up it looked very sketchy. Like we made a big mistake. Not enough lights to let us know what the name of the hotel was. If it was not for your night time staff who were very friendly- we would have been very disappointed pointed. We will not book a room at this location again. You should have told us you were remodeling

The pictures are not what the place looks like. It’s run down. Stains on all the sheets. Rust in the bathtub. Breakfast was merely cereal that honestly I was afraid to eat. Luckily I only had to stay one night. Just keep looking guys!!!

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Exactly what i expected. For those with bad reviews need to book within their standards.

We decided to check out early - on a scale of 1 to 10, we gave it a 4.

The room were still dusty. There was no iron in the room. The blow dryer sounds like it was going to blow up the bathroom tub didn’t drain properly no extra blankets in the room.

Room literally smelled like cat piss. Property was gross with buckets of cigarettes butts. The people weren’t very friendly and the bathroom had piss stains near toilet and dirt and debris behind bathroom faucet. Shower curtain smelled like absolute garbage. Place was run down and towels were stained. Nasty AF

The hotel was being renovated at the time. The staff was friendly and accommodating as much as they could. Towels and bedding were full of paint. I will give it another chance given they were renovation. Hopefully, they are in a good shape now.

The property is old They are working to update the property. I was skeptical about staying at this hotel but it appeared clean and the staff was friendly. The beds were nearer and comfortable, the room was clean, good water pressure in a clean but OLD bathroom. Very limited breakfast options (all carbs). An adequate hotel at a very reasonable price. I would stay there again

Front entrance a little dated and uninviting. Free breakfast was JUST OK, not great. Room was clean, quiet, safe.

It took 30 mins for the front counter guy to find my reservation and check me in. It felt like the guy didn’t even work there. The facility felt almost run down and not worth the amount they are charging. Hallway siding just laying on the ground.

Property was not good bed was dirty blanket had burns in it no window screen so we could at least get so air,the only thing maybe new is the carpet ....dirty dirty and don't get me started on breakfast yuck,

Old mattresses and furniture stacked up in the parking lot, building could use some repair. The staff is nice, but I would stay at a nice motel if I go back

Misleading photos in hotel description, almost everything in hotel room and bathroom was broken

It was very cluttered and dirty. There was beds, coffee tables and other random furniture around the outside and a storage container blocking up parking so prepare for no parking or tight parking, if you get there at the wrong time. Unlike every hotel I have been to, the doors all say exit only so you have to come through the front door every time past so many people and dogs (that aren't friendly) hanging out out front. If there was more access to the doors you could avoid other dogs and people. I have never been to hotel that only had bread and waffles for breakfast and had so many signs telling you what to do. The front dest staff was friendly, so you know they did not make the signs. There is no microwaves in the rooms so after you are disappointed with breakfast you have no access to make anything in your room. The fridge and tv, internet was okay and I didn't feel unsafe. Just was disappointed how dirty the tub was for having children that needed it and the water did not drain. Also spotted serval huge roaches in the hallways but not our rooms. This really could be a special place since it is so close to the park and river, but it has seen better days and needs a renovation.
