THAT WAS MY SECOND TIME STAYING AT A wYNDHAM HOTEL AND NEER AGAIN. THE RECEPTIONIST EVEN KNEW IT WAS DISGUSTING BECAUSE AFTER CHARGING EXTRA FOR BEING TOO EARLY, SHE TOLD ME IF I DIDN'T LIKE THE ROOM BECAUSE IT HAD NOT BEEN UPDATED I COULD CHANGE ROOMS FOR ANOTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGE. IT WAS DISGUSTING IN THE ROOM AND YA'LL SHOULD BE DISGUSTED WITH YOURSELVES FOR RENTING ROOMS LIKE THIS.

they need to upgrade all rooms not just non smoking rooms

This property should be condemned! The rooms were ridiculously filthy. There were bugs everywhere and I understand we’re in the country but the small roaches should not have been an issue. When the front desk staff were notified regarding the uncleanliness of the room their response was “this is an old property” which in my book is unacceptable. If your excuse is going to be how old the property is… then you should be charging old prices. Regardless, the age of the property has nothing to do with the cleanliness of the property. Just down right filthy! I would not recommend this property not one bit, nope, not at all!

It was horrible from check in. Had to do a room change because the lock on the door did not work and there was some black smudges on the ceiling. Then day two one of the staff came into the room talking about check out at 730 am in the morning when clearly I was booked for the whole weekend. Then that night all of the power in the room shut off which left us completely in the dark tried using the phone it didnt even work. And when I did alert staff they were nonchalant about the whole situation. Very distasteful indeed 0 out of 10 I do not recommend

Door lock wouldn’t work kept getting locked out of my room.

New management has made major improvements to the property including the pool being open now which I got to enjoy. A cockroach crawled under the bed (which I can't get to) and a dragonfly flew in the room just now, so there are a few bug issues I think possibly from Me leaving the door open, so the bug issues are my most likely my fault and not the property's.

The only nice thing to say

The room was dirty I had to clean the bathroom before using it. The floors seem to not been cleaned properly. I left early because of this.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Very clean room and well kept property. Would definitely stay here again.

Pictures of property are misleading. Bathroom was dingy. Outdoor sounds were loud and room did not muffle sounds of loud trucks all night. Non smoking room but had burn marks in bedding. TV had a black line going down center of screen. Floor seemed like it could use a good mopping. 2 out of 5 stars may be being generous..

We were only there for one night, at 11:00 pm a couple checked in next door, played booming music and singing so loud I could hear it thru the walls , this went on until 2:30am no exaggerations . It was awful

Nice place to stay, clean, quite, comfortable bed. Not much of a continual breakfast, . Didn't enjoy the pool but looked clean and lots of people were enjoying it.

First of all, they didn’t have no Wi-Fi. It was not working.There was a rang around the tub and the toilet no closet space no iron or bored, It was a Suite, felt like an 1 bedroom empty apartment
