- door handle doesn’t work - Elevator was down - Key doesn’t work daily - I spent more time getting keys than sleeping

Sheets were stained, bathroom door didn’t close and would get caught on the toilet. Moved a side table to plug in the lamps and there was rodent feces. Scariest hotel experience. I made a mistake booking here. Didn’t even sleep under the covers. The staff at the front were very nice so I think that deserves recognition.

Our bathroom door was shaved on the side (curved cut) because the toilet was too close to the door and wouldn't close properly.We literally would need to move the toilet slightly to close the door. The towels were also worn thin and did not smell freshly washed. Lastly, there was food/garbage bags outside in the hallway that had accumulated over multiple nights - not clean at all! I dont recomment, not even if for one night!

The shower was not working right and would fill the bathtub up really fast. The front desk person saw us walk in and went to the back and waited a few minutes before coming to check us in. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was alright.

I think the sheet need to be a lot whiter. Other then that it a good place to stay

There was no blanket in my room when I checked in. There was only a sheet, so I had to go back down and request one. The breakfast selection was horrible. The sausage was dry and the eggs were burnt on the bottom. The second morning that I went down to grab some breakfast they didn’t even have eggs or sausage available, and I am not allowed to eat carbs so I had absolutely no breakfast available to me. There was hair all over the shower, and the hot water didn’t even get warm until about 10 minutes into my shower. I tried to microwave food, and the microwave literally blew the circuit every single time the microwave surpassed a 30 second interval. So I had to microwave my food 30 seconds at a time. Thankfully, I only stayed for two nights because I was working a local event, but had I needed to stay there for a longer duration I would have lost my mind. I would never stay there again, unless it was only for an extremely short period to have a bed to rest my head. Would not recommend.

I got my room and someone else was in it. They didn’t do much but say sorry. I asked for a late checkout and they just said they would let me stay until the cleaner came to the room.. no time frame at all.

They have roaches!!! The place is actually decent if you need somewhere to crash the roaches was the worst part. They do have breakfast!

It looks like a motel.

The staff was so friendly and wonderful. It’s getting renovated so obviously that takes a toll on some of the appearance but you can tell when it’s finished. It will be nice.

The bed was comfy but the rest of the place is not nice. Super friendly staff but a very rundown property and it smelled like cigarettes, even on non-smoking floor.

the staff were very polite, and informative. The staff made you feel very welcome. They were very helpful. The grounds were clean. The hotel room was clean and quiet. Very good experience

Wi-Fi was terrible and that’s the ONLY way to watch tv, by streaming.

I know the New York State fair was in town and rooms were tough to come by, so I did not feel the need to say anything to the location because I wasn't looking for my stay to be disrupted. I was only going to be in the room for a minimal amount of time, and I only really needed a bed and shower. Issues: - Missing "Do not disturb" sign - called the desk, they never brought one. - Toilet valve running every 30 seconds because it needed a new flapper - Toilet barely attached to the floor - Curved shower bar bent downward and curtain wouldn't stay fully extended.
