The whole thing was wonderful. The only downside was paying for parking was a little steep in my opinion but the grounds and facilities are well maintained and the staff is really great.

Friendly staff from check in desk to breakfast staff and cleaners .
We didn’t use the pool as we went to Volcano Bay .
Laundry facilities were handy and easy to use $4 wash $4 to dry .
Car park seemed a bit steep at around $30 per night but we had Uber instead of a car .
We would definitely use again for convenience to Universal parks.

Cleanliness / up keep was under par for a hotel of this reputation. Great location, decent pricing, the parking gates are terrible. $33 a day to park at a hotel you pay to stay in is a little crazy as well. Overall 4/5 - staff was great. Shoutout to Diamond at the front desk, friendly and personable.

The check-in from the app didn’t work. I had to visit the front desk twice before receiving my electronic key. Additionally, I booked the hotel for a day at the pool with the bar. The bar never opened because “there weren’t enough people to make it worth the bartenders time”

They never put my money back on my card for the unused incidental fees that they charged me. They charged my card twice for parking fees that they said were covered in the incidental fee!!
Our room smelled like old mildew and mold causing me and my children to have a horrible cough!!
The room was a bit outdated to me.
