Front desk was rude coming in and when we were leaving. They don’t do early check in so we got off the ship at 8:30 am got to the hotel around 9am they also don’t do late check out our flight wasn’t til 8:20pm. We didn’t have to check out til 1230 so we went to do laundry around the corner my husband realized he left his AirPods in the room we went back to get them and check out went up to the room and AirPods were gone and the room was open. Somebody at the hotel took them and nobody was talking when confronted about them. The one good thing is the shuttle to the airport.

Super friendly staff and super clean rooms! Only issue we had was during check in, they sent us up to a king room amd that wouldnt have worked with the size of our family. So we went back to the desk, and it was absolutely no issue for them to simply switch us to a double bed room. Easy-peasy lemon squeezy! The neighborhood is safer than we thought it would be as well. We walked all around the hotel till after 10pm wiht no worries at all!

My family stayed here the night before our flight out and would not stay again or recommend it 1. Room cleanliness is very poor. Toenails on the floor, cleaned some water off of the floor and the white towel turned brown, and the bathroom was just dirty looking. 2. Very noisy location. We were on the 3rd floor along Veterans Memorial and the street noise was horrible. No where near as nice as the Doubletree we stayed at the night before in Biloxi

The property from the outside looked good compared to all the other hotels and Inns around the area. Once you walked into the lobby. It smelled of bleach and urine and was musty. The room was definitely dated and dirty. Furniture had stains on them. The dresser drawers were bended downward in the middle. The shower lever inside the bathtub did not work. Had the maintenance guys fixed. The lights were all so dim and dark. The room had a distinct musty and moldy smell. The steam from a warm shower had no escape making it smell even worst. In the morning, you wake up to the cleanning crew knocking on your door asking when you will check out. Clearly leaving a rushed feeling for you to get the heck out. About 30mins later, their transformer blew so we were left with limited to no power. No hot water and the elevators didn't work so we had to walk up and down the flight of stairs. We will definitely not booking this hotel ever again. Shame on Doubletree for putting their name on this one.

Our stay was great!!…. And those double tree cookies were delicious!!!

I reserved a room 3 weeks in advance and prepaid with a non-Refundable rate. They sent me two reminder emails confirming my arrival within the 2 days before my reservation to arrive. I arrived at midnight after a long day of travel on my scheduled date of arrival, and they told me that they had moved me to a different hotel. No good reason, no refund and they even pointed out the wrong hotel, directing me right across the street and pointing out the only hotel in that direction, which was not the actual hotel. After arriving at the 3rd and final hotel, a far lesser level with mold growing in the shower, I was still charged the higher rates for the Double tree while staying at a hotel that charges 2/3 the cost for a room

I like

The bathroom had a non-working door, the vanity was small, the faucet sprayed water all over the place, there absolutely no hooks for hanging a bath towel or hand towel. The staff were nice however, the hotel restaurant was severely understaffed. I witnessed multiple people upset with the wait. The wait was well over an hour to get a burger. With that said, the shuttle bus driver was super nice and did a great job!
