Great location and ease to get to restaurants, beach, and shopping at an affordable price. Enjoyed breakfast at hotel restaurant and bar in the evening.

Clean. Great service. Great location.

We stop at LA for a day, and choose this hotel, since is at a good distance from de airport, and a walking distance to a great mall. The hotel was great, the people very nice, and rooms clean and good size.

the flexicibility of the concierge's was great.

Two reasons I always choose this hotel. １．very near to office. only 3 minutes walk. 2. good restaurants and good shopping in Delamo mall.

Good service, clean room. The cookies were the best part.

Recommended for escaping from wildfires.

L'accueil à notre arriver était formidable. La chambre spacieuse et propre. Le parking accessible et sécurisé. tout est a disposition autour de cette Hôtel (Shopping, restaurant,...)

Our last night at the hotel had parties and our room was vibrating along with the loud music that we could hear. Called front desk and asked when the music would end and they said about midnight. We called front desk about 1040pm.

The TV had almost no reception, and was very dated. Only had one channel that was partially available to watch. No other channels were available. The AC was crazy loud inside of the room, so I had to leave it off at nights. They charge $30 for parking. But you can find street parking that is like 5 min away.

Parking at $30 a day is not included in the price. The cookies they give you doesn't make up for the high cost of parking.

TV set was broken. Hady man came and fixed but it took 90 minutes! The safe was broken too. Arranged handy man 4 times, but finally they said they gave up and offereed if change the room. Sink dranage was broken too. It was fixed the next day, but broken again 4 days later.Beer and whiskey in the bar were very expensive. Breakfast was good but want more variety.

They want to charge everything, $30/night parking for uncovered lots in Torrance? A lot of street parking is available, why you treat your customers that bad??? The card readers in elevators are terrible, really hard to read your card key, so many people complained but the employees don't care. USB chargers in room never works. Is this a DoubleTree quality?

I haven’t been to this DoubleTree in years I grew up in Torrance so this hotel has been around and it is a nice hotel… I have a few gripes… my room trash bin has not been emptied and it looked like it was cleaned very hastily… the parking is $30 a night it is no included with your stay and they do not validate… I remember back in the day I could park for free enjoy the bar and restaurant and go home… this is Torrance not LA so I was taken aback by paying for parking especially if I’m staying and paying to be at the hotel… lastly when confirming my room the day of I got a very rude receptionist who was treating me very badly over the phone I didn’t get her name but she hung up on me… the rest of the staff was friendly but that one lady put a bad taste in my mouth for the Torrance Double Tree.

Nice place. They have a peloton bike but it wouldn’t work because there was no internet service. I left the front desk know but they acted like I didn’t know how to use it. I was unable to connect to the WiFi myself because the settings were locked by an admin. I also left a note there was no shower gel and they didn’t refill it. The second night I removed the bottle and set it on top of the note which it then got refilled. The complimentary breakfast was really nice though. Room was clean. The gentleman that ran the breakfast was very friendly and did a great job taking care of everyone.

The employees are always welcoming and professional

When I am paying almost $1300.00 for 5 nights, it's pretty pathetic that we couldn't 2 extra bottles of water for our room without paying for them.
