When we walked in the lobby was set up nice. But once we got to our room it was all over. The smell in our room was soo overwhelming we had to open the window so we wouldn’t get sick. That’s when we realized the lock on the window was broken. Going into the bathroom we were hit with the smell of urine. The shower rod was broken and looked to be held by electrical tape. There was an area of mold on the ceiling that later on we noticed when the upstairs residents used the shower water would leak down from that area onto our toilet. The bathroom door was broken on the lower half and held together with screws. We had to call down for a plunger before we could even use the toilet. Which they didn’t answer. Had to go down to the front desk, they then gave me the plunger and told me to bring it back. Anytime I tried to call down no one ever answered. The TV remote didn’t work either when we came in. They handed us a new remote and told us the instructions were in the box on how to set up. We couldn’t watch anything except the weather channel as every other channel was constantly cutting out. The pool looked nice until I tried it and realized there was no chlorine in the pool or hot tub and felt slimy. When getting into the hot tub I realized there was no covers on any of the jets so the water just shot right up. Didn’t even bother with the slide as the platform on top looked like it was starting to disconnect from the wall.

I liked that it was better than a tent and had good water pressure in the shower. Seemed like a safe area.

Bed had stains, I had to ask the staff for a change of sheets. Pool was too cold to swim in. Room was in disrepair: unfinished drywall in bathroom, broken lamp, damaged furniture. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

The whole place was very rundown. Locks and push bars were broken everywhere including our room. Everything was dirty. Staff barely spoke english. Breakfast was terrible. We were told to microwave the eggs and sausage a few minutes and that was the 'fresh' ones the guy just brought out. We will never be staying there again. This place was an overpriced dump.

The staff was very nice but that’s about the only thing. There was no security lock on our door, air conditioner was extremely dirty and had a musty smell, the toilet seat was really loose and the toilet paper holder was broken. The pool was ice cold and didn’t seem like it was kept up with very well and the hot tub was barely warm. The room and hallways smelled, elevator had a musty smell. They also charge extra for booking third party. Was unable to get a refund. Will absolutely NEVER stay here again… 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The property is very out dated, rooms were clean but everywhere else was bad. Breakfast was terrible. Would not pay over $100 for a hotel like this and usually don’t.

Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed.

Broken toilet seat, broken tile in hall, smoke detector not installed properly, no ice at facility. Rude staff, expedia tried to charge me 60$ over normal daily rate.

Checking in was easy. The breakfast was still a basic motel breakfast but better than most.

The water in the pool was ice cold. Breakfast was disappointing, not enough selections.

The hot tub smelled and didn't get hot. There was a moldy towel in the bottom of the pool that I cut my foot on when I went down the waterslide. Breakfast was sub-par with watered down waffle mix and frozen egg patties. Holes in hallway walls, ceiling tiles out of place, washing machines were broke. And unfriendly staff.

Conveniently located, and very friendly staff. Hot tub was chilly, and the slide in the pool area looked like it had a lot of deferred maintenance. Common hallways could use fresh paint and carpets cleaned. The room was clean and comfortable.

Scrapping the bottom is a good way to summarize this visit. Poor customer service at the front desk. Apparently, they try to cut cost at every possible corner. No extra blankets. Dead bugs on the floor in the bathroom. Run down furnishings in general. The main level ice machine must have a leak because there is a towel on the floor - there the whole time we were- wet dirty mess. Odd smell through the building. I feel like the picture of the water slide was misleading, because it was closed by 9 pm and all the other dirty areas made me nervous to allow my children in the water. I guess if I was paying $120/night instead of $240/night I could deal with the low par quality- maybe. The breakfast was a joke. A stack of little Debbie snacks, a few bananas and apples and yogurt containers were quickly gone and they were very slow to restock the pitiful options. Bread for toast... there was a waffle maker but it ran out and the worker took forever to change it- he probably had to pay for it out of his own pocket. So pitiful of a vacation stay. I don't leave reviews in general- but I want anyone to know what they are getting at this place.

Beds were hard, pillows flat, window air conditioner very dirty but was so hot in room had to use it, lamp switch missing had to move tv stand to unplug behind it, breakfast was horrible, no drinks, no coffee, few seats. We checked in at MN, kids wanted to swim in pool in am but didnt open until 11a and check out is at 11a.

First off, they charge $5 a night extra if you’ve booked thru a third party! What’s the point of booking on line? The place is worn down! Noise! Pool was supposed to close at 9, didn’t! Kids screaming and running around! Had someone knocked on our door at midnight! People running around in room above ours. Breakfast was a joke! Pot holes in parking lot big enough to do damage to any car!

Convenience

The Odor of Curry, and the Pool was very noticeable in the rooms, There was homeless in the parking lot, and the building across the parking lot. Check-in took a very long time considering, and this group will charge a "Destination fee" for booking anyway else besides calling them directly.

Upon check in, it was ok. Nice people. We got a room on 3rd floor. Not overly clean, the mirror was broken, the bed was super uncomfortable, the TV didnt work great and everynight, someone must of been cooking cause the aroma in the air was not pleasant. The pool hours were 11am -9pm. So no enjoying the hottub before your day or when you come back from the day. The breakfast was to say, very underwhelming and not enjoyable.
