I was so pleasantly surprised with the quality of this hotel. The owner is so friendly and everything is so personal. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the people were very nice.

nice location near our son's apartment near campus. Could be cleaner but alright since we just slept in the room and did not hang out much.

First room was smelly and oteher issue

The curtains did not close and there was limited privacy from others passing by as we were on the first floor, the tv was really small and the remote did not work at all nor did the buttons on the tv work, only the power button. breakfast was just cold muffins, cereal, and waffles with no extras like syrup, butter, splenda (they had a big can of sugar with a spoon in it). The juices were made in pitchers. The fruit was old oranges and apples, The room was huge but the living room area was empty, with the exception of the two dressers and nothing else. No couches or chairs or end tables, nothing. I guess if your just sleeping and showering for the night it is ok, but I am sure you can find better accommodations for the price.

There was a hot spot from roaches in our bathroom and I woke up with bug bites all over my leg. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Holes in sheets/curtains. Bathroom door was busted at some-point and “patched up”. Found a different hotel for our second night.

Not given the room we booked. Dirty bathroom - mold in showe, floor not cleaned. Thin walls - could hear the next room. Will not stay here again.

Main complaint is that the room did not feel clean - the towels and sheets had stains and there was a dirty washcloth on the shower curtain rod when we arrived. The lobby and breakfast area were more comfortable. The staff were welcoming and nice. The breakfast was ok.

Hotel not as pictured. Photos were deceiving. Not in a safe neighborhood. Ended up canceling reservations and going to another hotel in Oklahoma City

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The pictures DO NOT depict the condition of this property. The bathroom was filthy and had not been cleaned in who knows how long. The carpet reeked of dog urine and we couldn't even go down the hallway due to the gut wrenching odor. No coffee in room and filthy bedding. And then no water for repairs right before people are trying to go to OU graduation. DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff is awesome and very helpful. Room was very clean and anything I needed I would get right away. Great stay
