The young lady that worked the desk on 4/21 for the night shift had great customer service! The room was very nice for the price point. Great lighting, large tv and bathtub. The only cons were the bed was not the best but made it work and the bathtub was dirty so I cleaned it with bleach wipes. The hotel was close to so many stores as well. The internet was very good ans well, I originally came there because they were doing tree work at my house annd wouldn’t have power, so I came there with my pup to do some work from the computer and enjoy the AC. I did pay the 6 dollars for speedy internet for the day but it seemed to work fine before purchasing aa well. Which was nice because sometimes I feel like an hotel will say they have internet and Then it barely works. I was annxious anbout that being that I had work to do. But everything worked out! The doors are locked ant anll times you can only enter with your room card which made me feel safe! The lighting in the parking lot was a little too dim for my liking but it wasn’t terrible. People would hang out there in their cars and what not at night so it made me a little off but no one bothered me. Overall I had a very peaceful stay and did not want to leave!

I had a very disappointing experience. They assigned me a room that was already occupied by someone else. Fortunately, no one was in there at the time. I arrived right at 10 PM, just as the place was closing, and the staff was unwilling to assist me. Overall, the service was terrible.

They gave me a key for a room which was booked by someone who was already in the room before as we go to the room use a key open it the guy who was in their come towards as running in anger saying who the hell are you come in my room then we Explain the issue apologize go back to over the phone explaining the issue to re assign as another room the whole process is mess to be frank

This was terrible, they would not accept two separate forms of identification, I had my social security card and many other forms
Of identification, I was able to fly without issue with my forms of identification but the hotel wouldn’t take it? I also took an Lyft ride to this hotel and was stuck walking away when they told me I couldn’t check in with my VALID IDENTIFICATION. Even the first hotel I went to after had no problem taking my id. Terrible experience.

Web site stated free breakfast, there was no breakfast. Bed sheets were damp and smelly, WiFi password wouldn’t work, access in and out of building didn’t work, had to have my wife come down from room to let me back in lobby. Gross stuff dripping down walls. Only 1 little bar of soap in bathroom we used for hand washing, so no soap for shower. People in and outside hotel clearly on drugs and causing a scene. No tv guide. Terribly stained carpets and garbage in the hall leading to room. Elevator stunk like urine. Need I say more. My wife was pregnant and exhausted, we had brought all of our luggage up to the room already .. otherwise I would have asked for a refund and moved us elsewhere.

Horrible place. Will never stay at thos chain of hoyels again. Dorty de graded rooms and furniture. Unsage conditions woth no staff on dity after hours. Thos hoyel should be inspected for safety by the police and fire marshall

The gentleman working at the front desk was very unaccommodating. We were charged $1.75 for the linen be changed and they never were changed during our one day stay. When I asked him to explain why I was getting charged that even though the linen would not be changed in the time I was there he could not explain it.

There was no room said their house keepers dad got into an accident didn’t clean our room and left said hotels.com kept filing their hotels and wouldn’t stop refused to accommodate and put us in another room we even offered to sleep on the floor being it was so late but they told us he couldn’t put us in any other room told us we had to call customer service to find out what to do and sent us with no where to go hours away from home

They charge for linen now even though it’s a hotel, never heard of that, breakfast is supposed to be included but no breakfast was made the next morning so definitely misleading and place is not dirty per se but not clean either just below average, I wouldn’t stay again here

Terribly stained carpets and garbage in the hall leading to room. Elevator stunk like urine. Need I say more. My wife was pregnant and exhausted, we had brought all of our luggage up to the room already .. otherwise I would have asked for a refund and moved us elsewhere.

Horrible place. Will never stay at thos chain of hoyels again. Dorty de graded rooms and furniture. Unsage conditions woth no staff on dity after hours. Thos hoyel should be inspected for safety by the police and fire marshall

The gentleman working at the front desk was very unaccommodating. We were charged $1.75 for the linen be changed and they never were changed during our one day stay. When I asked him to explain why I was getting charged that even though the linen would not be changed in the time I was there he could not explain it.

There was no room said their house keepers dad got into an accident didn’t clean our room and left said hotels.com kept filing their hotels and wouldn’t stop refused to accommodate and put us in another room we even offered to sleep on the floor being it was so late but they told us he couldn’t put us in any other room told us we had to call customer service to find out what to do and sent us with no where to go hours away from home

They charge for linen now even though it’s a hotel, never heard of that, breakfast is supposed to be included but no breakfast was made the next morning so definitely misleading and place is not dirty per se but not clean either just below average, I wouldn’t stay again here
