Enjoyed the stay the room was Very clean, and comfortable, quiet, Hotel was location was Excellent, plenty of restaurants and shopping, staff was Excellent

I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was super clean and hotel smelled nice. Just that alone made makes happy. To top it off with extra ALL STAFF I came in contact with was super nice and pleasant. They will always be my first option when in the area for that reason. Plenty of restaurants to choose from...Sam's and Walmart are also very near by and several other shopping options including Stonebriar Mall less than 1 mile away :) Everything was perfect!

Wry conveniently close to anything you want. We were staying due to my son having a procedure at the children’s hospital. Staff was friendly and the room, hotel was very clean. Will be staying here again.

I had a comfortable stay！

I had an amazing stay here, as always! I had a very difficult week, and this was the silver lining at the end of the storm. I had the most amazing staycation, and got some much needed rest and relaxation. I will NEVER skip a staycation at this Fairfield!

It was nice

The room was clean, bathroom came with wall mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so it was very convenient. They don’t have wall mount hand wash and lotion. They also don’t have room services, we came back from out game in the afternoon and the room was not serviced. That’s the only downside to it. The place is quiet and it’s next to tollway in nice area. The local McDonald is very clean, coming from Shreveport not used to seen clean McDonald. There’s plenty of nice local restaurants to go eat as well.

Clean rooms, easy access. Amazing area!

The hotel is pretty new, so it’s in generally good condition. It looks like (maybe?) the cleaning staff have been scraping the hallway walls with their carts. My room was in good condition and was clean. All the plumbing worked well and was in good condition. The a/c is typical, so it’s a little loud and then when the fan stops you can easily hear traffic noise when loud vehicles go by. The front desk staff are friendly and competent. The weak area is the eating area, staff, etc. The staff are not very attentive to keeping things stocked and cleaned. You shouldn’t have an employee playing with their phone and getting something to drink while customers are waiting in line (as one example). The food is the standard fare you find in hotels of this level in the domestic American market. It’s nothing special, but I did think the coffee was good. I would certainly stay here again if the price were right.

Discovered significant water damage on the first floor that caused a slew of mold allergies and reactions the night before. I lost a whole night of sleep and had already extended it when i came across this water damage. Mold takes 72 hours to spread theought a building of not taken care of. Moved to a room on opposite side late at night. Some improvements but still sneezing, tingling sensation on skin and migraine. I used to frequent this hotel in 2022/2023. It has definitely declined in quality. I wish i had read the Yelp reviews before booking. Manager has shown no sympathy.

Good Hotel

The building has mold/mildew in spots. I have been here years passed when they were managed by a different owner, and I see the quality of some things has gone down, like the breakfast. It is super clean and the team is outstanding.
