Smelly and dirty

We only booked here because they advertise they have an indoor pool but it was closed the whole time we were there (7 days). I was repeatedly told the pool would be opened the following day but it never was. Apparently it was an health concern from what one individual working the front desk told us as it was making people ill. Asked for partial refund denied. Trash was left from previous individuals staying in room. Room was cleaned one day they still didn’t clean trash left by previous guests. There was dead roach in drawer but we never saw any live ones. No stopper for bath tub. We had 3 people in our room only had two towels asked for a third but was told they didn’t have anymore. We travel ALOT and this stay was by far the worst.

I booked 3 rooms for my family and the photos were completely different from what we walked into. The rooms were dirty and stained. The bathroom was broken in the sink and the bathtub looks like it has never been cleaned before. After giving it a try, in the morning there were barely any breakfast options either, but thats the minimal concern. Their experience was so bad that they had to move over to the La Quinta next door which was significantly better. I asked the establishment for a refund, credit or anything to accommodate the extremely atrocious experience and they just said hotel policy, nothing they can do and brushed it off. Do not stay here, there are better hotels around the area.

Always a nice stay here! Clean too w/ complementary breakfast. Be ready for a $100 deposit. ✅

Housekeeping is only available between 9 AM and 11 AM. If you're in the room with the door locked during that time, they will skip your room and won’t return later. One day, I left the room around noon and asked the front desk to have it cleaned, especially since it hadn’t been cleaned for a couple of days. The response I got was surprising: they said housekeeping only works during that narrow window and if you're in the room during that time, you simply miss the service. I then asked if someone could at least bring up a roll of toilet paper. I left for a few hours, and when I returned, the same lady at the front desk handed me the toilet paper herself. I was surprised that no one from housekeeping could be sent to do such a basic task. Overall, I’d give the cleanliness 2 out of 5 stars. Another issue I had was with the baby crib. When I arrived, I asked for one, but the front desk staff said they didn’t provide cribs. I mentioned that their listing on Expedia clearly states that a crib is available. In fact, under the "Family-friendly amenities" section, they specifically mention “In-room crib” — but the staff had no explanation and could not provide one. I personally will not book this hotel again under any circumstances.

Room had no microwave, ice bucket or light bulbs in light fixtures. I went to the front desk to ask for an ice bucket and was told they didn’t have any and they couldn’t go into an empty room to get one. “Breakfast” was cold cereal and some oatmeal packets.

Front desk seemed very uncaring

Bfast well below any hotel. Wrong signage of another hotel. Address painted over. Had to guess it was it.

The biggest problem is that there is no service, we could not get any cleaning service, no new towels, no shower gel, bed sheets are stained, cockroaches on the carpet, the smell is like wet cloth from lack of ventilation. There were no cups for the tea or coffee in the room. Otherwise the bed and matresses are comfy, its close to every thing.

There was a roach

Missing shower gel dispenser. Missing remote control for tv. I called fron desk but they never sent a remote. I went to front desk and they didn't have remotes and they didn't care. Lady at front desk had a bad attitude, like I was bothering her.

Nothing to say. The breakfasts is not good.
