Loved the ability to walk to our destination!

Pool was open for the kids to swim and staff were in and out of the pool area with clean towels also had a you man help us with getting more towels for our room just over all great hotel

I thought the building was overall clean, great location with quick access to downtown and highways, the staff were amazing!

The room was so big! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We would go there again for sure.

Really well kept rooms. Out of date pictures and information lead to belief that there was a hot tub that is no longer there.

Decent hotel. Great area. Older hotel, but clean. Feels like the front desk staff make or break the experience here. Some were excellent. Some were not.

Hotel guests were loud, the bed was very uncomfortable- way too firm. The room was ok for the price, but having stayed at many Hamptons, I expected the same kind of service. Just wasn’t as good of an experience in this location. No sleep doesn’t help!

The fire alarm went off at midnight awaking the entire hotel. My family had to get up at 4am for a flight. There was no one at the front desk for several minutes and when he did show up all he seemed annoyed and said it was a smoke detector and there was no fire. No apology or sincerity. That's a deal-breaker for a future stay!

The hotel was in a great location. Very friendly staff and the breakfast was really good. Clean facility and safe location. We stayed three nights and didn’t get cleaning service once which was a little disappointing. But when we went to go ask for fresh towels, they were very accommodating. All-in-all I would stay there again.

The Breakfast was delicious. The potatoes were tasty and the sausage links were top notch. I really liked the spacious room, really good value and the exercise room was well taken care of.

We began greeted by very friendly people at the desk. She comped our parking because it was our anniversary get away! The room was comfortable and clean. We really appreciated the check-ins with staff! We would stay again for sure!

The front desk staff were friendly. There was coffee service/water available in the lobby area at all times. The rooms was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The location is fantastic, very convenient to downtown. The entire property was HOT. The lobby area was very warm when I walked in and never changed. Each time I entered the lobby, it was hot. The hallways were hot as well, not just my floor. My room ac was set to 66, lowest setting and never ever cooled off. I had to get a fan just to be able to sleep and not sweat. I kept the curtains closed and lights off when I was not there to help but it didn't help. It is miserable trying to sleep in the heat. The ac units need to be updated, BIG TIME!!!! I also did not like having to go to a different floor to get ice. There should be a machine on each floor.

Great rooms, very spacious and the breakfast was amazing. Unfortunately, we were on the side of the building overlooking an intersection and we didn't get any sleep. Very loud with people revving engines and peeling out. Also, homeless people were on the corner across the road. They were no issue but I wonder if that caused people in cars to be obnoxious. We would definitely stay again but request the other side of the building

Great stay! Only issue we ran into was parking but the staff took care of it quickly.

I LIKED THE STAFF, I LIKED THE HOTEL AND PARKING AS A WHOLE. I DIDN'T LIKE THE FACT THAT ONLY ONE ELEVATOR WAS IN OPERATION DURING OUR WHOLE 5 DAY STAY. AND FOR 1 DAY WE HAD NO ROOM SERVICE. THE CONCIERGE SAID THE STAFF HAD A LOT OF ROOMS TO DO. I HAD TO GO FETCH OUR OWN TOWELS AND TRASH BAGS.

Didnt like being woke up at 1am for fire alarm because some guest tampered with smoke detector. Really scared my family

Only complaint was that it seemed like the ac unit was trying hard to keep up, we had to turn the temp down lower than we normally like for it to help with the humidity in the room. Once temp turned down it helped but we were little chilly at night. The front desk people we spoke with was polite and patient with us.

Would recommend, especially if you're planning activities around the River Front/Old Market area. We booked a stay online for family of 5 staying several nights and kept needing to ask for the 1 small trash can to be emptied and for more towels because they kept leaving us only 4. One mattress was SUPER squeaky. Pretty minor complaints. One thing I'd make sure to mention is that you have to pay for parking. I missed that in the details when booking our stay.
