No hot water

This hotel was in the area where we wanted to stay. It was very convenient to the highway and near other businesses. Check in was easy and the staff was welcoming. The room was spotless, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet had everything we could have wanted. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay at this well maintained hotel. The area was very peaceful, yet located only a short drive away from Burlington and the lake. The room was clean, spacious, quiet, and recently renovated. The staff were very welcoming. My only (totally subjective) complaint is that the mattress was too soft for my liking. Otherwise, this hotel is a great choice when visiting the Burlington area.

I had a lovely stay here. The room was well appointed, although I was a bit surprised there were double beds, rather than queens. An extensive breakfast area, with a good selection. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Very disappointing and uncomfortable stay. The rooms smelled of smoke and were old and dingy (supposedly being redone next year) - the first was so bad we had to switch. Slept very poorly due to a bright blue light in the room that kept waking us up.

We have stayed in a lot of Hamptons and this is the first time that one has been dirty. There were stains on the blankets, stained mold spots on the ceiling and a strong urine smell in the bathroom. We finally noticed a yellow stain under the sink that looked as if a dog had an accident there and it had not been cleaned.

The only thing i didn't like was that the bathroom doors was sliding ones that had no locking system.

Some cleanliness issues in room and bath... iron poured water out of holes so made ironing/steaming impossible

The staff we're amazing. The property itself is ok. The pool was pretty dirty.

I booked a 4 night stay for $777. I didn't go the first night. I arrived the second night. Without telling me, they got rid of my booking and would not let me check in. They didn't inform me. Hotels.com didn't ever change the status of my trip. Just said, oh, you'll get a refund. We don't have any way to honor the room you paid for already weeks ago. You can pay for a new room for $450 a night if you want. This was after the first thing they did when I got there was to talk about how horrible all the other guests were in the lobby to me a brand new customer. On and on they went about them and they were all useless and no help. I got upset that they gave my room away. They snarkily responded you should've called us and said you weren't coming. I said I bought the room. You didn't call me and ask if I wanted it canceled! They threatened to call the cops on me when I used a curse word even though they were throwing me on the street after driving 5 hours with an autistic kid in the car. I called several times earlier in the week trying to get rid of the Thrusday on my trip from Thursday to Monday, that they Thursday was accidentally purchased. Nobody helped just threw a family on the street after paying around $800 for a nice family vacation. I had a soccer tournament at 9:00 am the next day. I accidentally bought another hotel on this website 2 hours away so couldn't use that either. I ahd to book a thurd hotel in Burlington because of this.

I have stayed in this hotel several times but not for the past 2 years. And Life had changed. I spent two nights there. There is bottled soap and shampoo in the bath room, no small soap bars or small shampoo bottles. I do not like bottled soap, etc. I happened to read a sign in the bathroom that said no cleaning or emptying trash or replacing towels or making the bed unless requested. They will do it every two days. I was surprized and went to the front desk to ask and they concured so I requested at 9a to make the bed, empty the wastebaskets and replace towels. When I returned at 4p this had NOT been done. I ran into the manager who was apologetic and eventually 1/2 hour later sent someone do this while I was in the middle of a business zoom call. For the price which was $150 per night I might as well stay at the local Motel 6. I will not be staying there again. NOT IMPRESSED

The room wasn’t cleaned on Saturday which was disappointing as we were not told about this at check in. Otherwise all good.

We stayed in a king suite. The air conditioner in the bedroom did not work and was not fixed during our 4 night stay. Also the handle to flush the toilet was “tricky.” It would rotate all the way round.
