It was clean and breakfast was great. But the valet parking was not valet parking. My car sat on the street for almost 3 hours after check in, until I went to the front desk to ask why, and the person was very unresponsive and unsympathetic and unhelpful. I then went across the street and asked the parking garage attendant to come and get it. I ended up having to drive my own car to the garage, all while leaving my two young children alone in a hotel room. The whole thing felt very unsafe and not what I was expecting when I read that they had valet parking!

Is nice hotel

The hotel is in a great location only about a five minute walk to Madison Square Garden. There are also a lot of places for shopping that are super close as well as food options. The staff was nice and helpful. The rooms are small, which is normal for New York, but clean. Our bathroom was also super small as well but again that’s normal for the city. The only thing that was dusty was our AC machine. It was really dusty in the vent part.

It wasn't bad. Place looks a little worn out and the veds were a little hard. The location was good and customer service is great! I would stay there again.

最初に受付された方はちょっと不機嫌だったみたいで高圧的だったのですが、変わっていただいたアドリアーナさんはめちゃくちゃ親切で癒やされました。 場所はエンパイアステートビルやタイムズスクエアにも徒歩で行ける便利が良いところでそれが最大の魅力だと思います。 すぐ近くには一蘭や日本料理の食材店などもあるので日本人にとっても使いやすい場所だと思います。 朝食は豊富でとても美味しかったです。 部屋もきれいで快適でした。 ただし、眼の前の道路は夜中じゅう結構うるさかったです。

Basic and dated, rooms were ok. Very noisy air con.

This is the perfect place to stay to see a show at Madison Square Garden. The hotel room is clean and adequate.

The room was cleaned. I'd complain only about the AC, was too cold, loudly and we weren't able to turn it off.

All you need at a reasonable cost! Rooms are compact but all you need to sleep and relax in between city activities

Hotel was in a very convenient location. Room was in good condition. Limited to two elevators which wait was long at some points. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was okay. Easy check in and check out process.

Great location, everything is very close by. The hotel itself is old and needs renovation, with outdated lobby furniture and worn-out room outlets. Breakfast was standard, but the staff were excellent and kindly returned an item we forgot after checkout.

Precio calidad genial! Ubicación perfecta! La gente súper amable en el desayuno y sin duda repetiría. Solo hay una cosa negativa, el armario es muy muy pequeño. Y para 4 personas fue un poco incomodo.

Der Check-in war einfach eine Katastrophe. Wir waren etwas zu früh da und uns wurde gesagt, dass das Zimmer noch nicht fertig ist. (Das war natürlich soweit in Ordnung) Als wir dann kurz nach 15 Uhr regulär einchecken wollten, ging das nicht, da das Hotel überbucht war und kein Zimmer frei war. Mussten dann lange warten bis sie eine Lösung gefunden hatten. Das Hotel selber war an allen Stellen sehr heruntergekommen. Überall im Hotel waren Beschädigungen an den Möbeln zu sehen Das Bett war eine absolute Zumutung. Bei jeder Bewegung hat es Geräusche gemacht. Der Frühstücksraum ist zu klein für die Größe des Hotels und das Nachbefüllen des Essens hat leider nur mäßig funktioniert. Das Personal zur Reinigung hat einen guten Job gemacht, aber hat kaum Englisch gesprochen. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt wenn man mit dem Zug an- bzw. weiterreist.

The hotel is good, has breakfast included is so good, in general I recommend

Let me start by saying, I don’t think this is the staff’s fault. But when we arrived I was told our booking was cancelled. I was told I was sent an email, but nothing was sent. I showed the lovely manager my app, and my reservation was still active online and said booked. Luckily she was about to rebook my reservation. But for about 25 minutes, I was scared that I didn’t have accommodations. The room was tiny, but VERY clean.

Camera piccola per 4 persone. Non c'era il posto per aprire le valigie. Erano sempre pronte per partire! Lavandino del bagno molto piccolo e in un angolo. Molto scarno. Il tavolo per la colazione lo pulivo sempre io prima di sedermi. Erano attenti solo ad aggiungere il cibo finito. Le banane dopo qualche giorno non le ho più trovate.

Hotel piuttosto vecchio. In camera ristagnava puzza di disinfettante e di cloro. Colazione molto scarsa in proporzione al numero di ospiti dell’albergo. Unica nota positiva la posizione centrale.
