I waited over an hour for the shuttle. I had to pay in Uber. I called twice to request it, but because of the staff with Indian accent, I couldn't understand much of what he was saying. His name is supposedly Anthony, he hung up on me twice. The third time, I spent over 5 minutes calling, and he didn't answer. He was super pedantic and arrogant. The shuttle arrived once, filled the vehicle, and didn't return for all of us who were waiting. When I got to the hotel in Uber the ceiling panels were loose in the hallway. There were cockroaches in the room. There were three pillows, two without covers. My reservation indicated breakfast was included, but there was only coffee, water, and a packet of oatmeal. It was horrible.

Staff very rude, no water in shower, roaches, the worst place to stay. Never again

The hotel was under construction and we walked through the construction site to get to our room. There was no warning or information that this would be the case. The phone in the room did not work, so we could not call the front desk. There were no cups in the room and the airport shuttle was not available even though we signed up the night before for one.

Bed was comfy and hotel was decent. No complimentary breakfast was provided as advertised (just muffins and tea was provided). Also no room service was provided for 3 days even after asking front desk, they mentioned they provide room service once every week. Had to ask for fresh towels and toiletries.

Ac was leaking big puddle....my boyfriend slipped.

We called for our shuttle from the airport and the staff person said to find our own ride. I called back after he hung up on me and he repeated the same thing and hung up on me. We had to get a room at the Holiday Express and they were there to pick us up at the airport in 15 minutes and our stay was great.

Electricity cut off in my room

Room missing cloths hangers, no blow dryer, no remote for tv, door security latch broken, towl hanger in back of bathroom door not sercure,no extra pillows or blankets!

Smelt of cigarette smoke I phoned from LA advising approx pick up time for free shuttle on arrival advised more than 45 minute dely and reception prompet me to take uber only 8 min drive. I think they dident want to send the bus at 10 pm Staff gave us the impression they couldent care . Morning receptionist couldent even say hello. Free breakfast was a marketing ploy Good location close to airport. Good bistro across road at Clarion hotel

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. From the moment we checked in, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. Our room was missing basic necessities like towels, toilet paper, and shampoo. When we asked the front desk for them, we were told to wait for housekeeping—which never came. We also reported that the hair dryer wasn’t working. All they said was they would “note it,” but no replacement or fix was offered. The hotel itself was dirty and had a strong, unpleasant smell of mildew and marijuana. There were no advertised amenities like continental breakfast, and during our three-night stay, housekeeping never once cleaned our room—even after we specifically requested it. The staff was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. There was zero sense of customer service or hospitality. Overall, this hotel fell far below even basic standards. It was uncomfortable, unclean, and poorly managed. Avoid if you value cleanliness, service, and honesty in advertising.

The hotel wasn't too bad, although the room keys did not work very well. Room was standard, don't think I would ever want to stay for an extended amount of time. Staff was not the friendliest and when I checked out, was not allowed to leave luggage in lobby while I contacted Uber. I doubt I will ever stay at this location again. There is too much competition in DFW area and this location doesn't work hard enough to compete

I wasn’t allowed guest. Got kicked out bc I had a guest over. Mind you I was visiting and My guest wasn’t disruptive, did not stay the night, nor stay long. When I tried to get another night I was kicked out claiming you aren’t allowed to have guests. Horrible place. HORRIBLE service. Extremely unprofessional.
