I stayed one night after my husband had surgery at Albany Medical Center. The hotel is very convenient and I was just expecting a place to shower and sleep after a very long day. However it was way more than that. I was a distracted mess by the time I checked in and Denzel at the front desk was kind and patient. I had dinner in the restaurant in the hotel. Everything was clean and I appreciated the refrigerator in my room. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Wonderful staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Quiet surroundings.

It would be good if breakfast was earlier in the weekend

Paid a lot for Presidential suite for 2 nights. Had to wait for 5 minutes at desk for someone to check me in. Asked for help with bags told to ask security guy, he was outside on break or something couldn’t find him. Breakfast ordered off menu, potatoes were cold. No one from housekeeping came to my room. For the $$$ I would not stay there again.

We asked for a pet friendly room which was great. But there is no particular place to walk your dog. Especially if your dog needs to go out very early or the middle of the night! The only place to walk your dog was on the main city street. Whem we were there, there were jack hammers and construction happening and my dog was terrified. I thought they'd have a small courtyard or someplace safento walk your dog, i did not feel safe late at night or early AM

Room itself was a little out of date and neglected—some furniture was stained. Housekeeping services anticipated at least once during our stay did not occur. But in general, the hotel was quiet and clean, with very friendly staff. Breakfast was fine—overpriced for what was offered, but staff again very friendly. Location was convenient. Pool was small but very clean. Would recommend for a family or solo traveler.

Great for what we needed. My dad was in the hospital across the street. They were wonderful the whole stay.

Atendimento péssimo. Não há ningurm para ajudar com as bagagens, os atendentes sempre mau humorados. Primeiro dia sequer a limpeza do quarto foi realizada. No café da manhã, eles não explicam, não dizem que há opção de pedir panquecas frescas, por exemplo. Quarto extremamente confortável.

Our stay was fairly decent. Everyone that works at the hotel is amazing! Friendly, welcoming and overall very nice. The room however was less than ideal. Not super clean, bathroom had sort of a musty smell to it. Again no the cleanest. $15 for the breakfast buffet I thought was kind of an outrage. Specially since most of their food items where around $9 dollars and way more appetizing than what they offer on the buffet

The hotel is exceptionally convenient for patients at Albany Medical Center. My wife was a patient and could walk directly into the hospital via covered walkway. The food in the hotel restaurants was very good and inexpensive. Only complaint was the room air conditioning which was not working properly.

Clean and comfortable hotel. A bit dated. Staff was okay. Manager still charged us for a night when we couldn't get there due to weather and cancelled flights despite notification ASAP. Did comp us breakfast which was nice. Breakfast seemed understaffed.

Overall a great experience

A perfect ‘home away from home’ for those who want to stay close to a loved one in the AMC hospital. Breakfast was a step up from the usual garden inn, but you pay extra for it. Reserving through Expedia made it super affordable!

The suite layout and location was convenient for our needs, however several pieces of furniture had significant staining and discoloration.

Hôtel très vieux et malpropre. Des notre arrivée à la chambre, je constate que les draps du lit ne semblent pas avoir été changés en regardant les taies d’oreiller. Je défais le lit et je m’aperçois qu’il est rempli de poils et souillé. Je vais au lobby et la personne à la réception ne semble pas du tout déstabilisée par la situation. Elle regarde son employé qui est juste à côté et lui demande d’aller changer le lit. Pas d’excuses, pas d’offre de nous changer de chambre. Le reste de la chambre est comme le lit, peu ou pas nettoyé. C’est la première fois que je vis ce genre d’expérience à l’hôtel et qui plus est, dans une chambre qui nous a coûté très cher. Je ne sais même pas comment j’ai fait pour dormir là et je n’y retournerai certainement pas.
