Great staff and great hotel. Only thing is the waking distance to things isn’t the best.

Great area to stay

Great hotel, nice location

No one would tell me how much is parking. Paint peeling in bathroom. On ceiling and wall. Shower was quite narrow. Toilet paper holder was hanging far back. Hard to reach with short arms. Toilet paper was rough. Corn hole was raw after use. TV wasn't plugged up. TV information was all in Spanish. Shelf in closet was swollen and wood chips was exposed. Our room was right by elevators. People fussing because everyone wasnt ready to leave for the shuttle. Prepaid for breakfast. Front desk said they didnt see that it was paid for. So we paid for only Sunday's breafast. Carpet had stains in hallway and lightly smelled damp in our room. Dog poo next to my car and the dog poo bags was less than 10 feet away. Really? Someone hid a luggage cart in the shrubs and there was no luggage carts for check out. The ladies that was having a conference there was all complaning about carts. Im just going to stop there. To much was going on during my stay. I read the reviews and seen several other people experienced some of the same things. Next time Im reading reviews before I book. Stayed at many Hilton Gardens before. Never had This may problems in one stay.

Great location, very close to Disney. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Very comfortable beds, clean rooms and great customer service from all of the staff. We’ll definitely come back again when we’re in the area!

I did not like that it was not walkable. The parking is extremely expensive for the inconvinience of not having nothing close by the hotel and you need to have a car to drive to the places. The pillows uffff HORRIBLE bring your own pillows

Could not check in early, asked to wait til 4pm for normal check in. We waited over an hour to be told at 4pm out room was not ready and that room service would be sent to ready the room.

I had an overall great stay at this hotel, the staff was friendly, the amenities were nice, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. However, I was disappointed that room service didn’t come until the last day of my stay. (3 Night Stay Btw) Unfortunately, they didn’t refill basic essentials like toilet paper or towels, which made things a bit inconvenient. That aside, everything else met my expectations, and I’d consider staying again if the housekeeping service was more consistent.

Friendly stuff members. The pool was amazing. You can drive to a shopping center. Best hotel ever.

Check in was good and lobby and pool were nice However, there was very low water pressure and sink, the room was dark ( not enough lighting), the door to the room took numerous tries and jiggling to open and the room was noisy from the the elevator and the AC.

Nice room But pillows were too soft and shower water pressure was too weak.

After reading reviews online and going through the hotel photos, my husband and I were very excited to book our stay at Hilton Garden for a very short trip. We did not think we would have to constantly ask for towels. Our first night was already a nightmare with our flight being delayed and having to check in late. When it was time to shower we were mortified to learn that there was only 1 wash cloth despite the room being booked for 2 adults. Additionally, after our second night, we allowed room service to tidy the room because we knew we had a long day ahead. When we got in, there were absolutely no towels. Again we had to ask the front desk for them and go downstairs to retrieve them. Lastly, our coffee machine did not work and we couldn’t even connect the tv to our firestick. We weren’t expecting a 5 star accommodation but the basics weren’t even provided and this is what we found so disappointing. I wish we could get our money back. I would not recommend this hotel to any one I care about.
