perfect for Airport

Based on the photos I saw online, I expected more.

Staff are very professional. Parking is easy. Room is clean, AC and water heater excellent. Pleased with my stay. Highly recommend.

Staff was nice! However.. Really disliked that my room was not only not ready at their 3pm check in time.. but I had to wait an additional 30 mins.. not a great feeling after traveling. The Room (w/One King Size bed) was a good size.. enough space for 2.. but felt as though it had been rushed to get cleaned up / ready for us.. we had no trash cans (bathroom only).. no waters or water cups.. just a lot of the little things missing.. sleep was good though.. the bed was comfortable & sheets were clean so that was a plus.. overall experience was okay.. I would stay here again.. if it my only affordable option. PS. Breakfast IS NOT included... although when I booked my room it said it WAS.. I was told onsite were be a fee.. so buyer beware.

Front desk customer service was excellent when we arrived to check in. I did not like that most of the outlets didn't work we had trouble charging our phones. Also the phone in the room did not work. I tried calling front desk several times and no one answer I had to call the 1800 # with my phone to get a response.

The front desk staff was rude when checking in but the clean staff was kinder and helpful. The carpets in the hotel are old and stinky. Do not recommend.

Everything was good

There was road construction going on around the area over the weekend, which made it difficult to get to the hotel.

Habitaciones sucias con pelos por todos lados, moqueta vieja y olia mal. A media noche se inundo el baño, nos cambiaron de habitacion y al entrar habia una cucaracha. A la 3era habitacion nos quedamos pero no daba mucha confianza…

It was close to the event I attended. Staff was great and I have no complaints!

The stay wasn't bad. I feel when you book through a 3rd party they give you the smallest and patched up rooms. Our rooms bathroom was horrible. The toilet was very low to the ground,you had to squeeze to get tissue. No real closet,just a put together closet. Again i feel when you book through a 3rd party they give you the crapiest rooms they have.

Nunca me avían tratado así ignorado y con muchos problemas 4 veces tuvieron q hacer la llave xq no abría la puerta la persona q me registró olvidó hacer las llaves y olvidó enviar los tickets del desayuno también al ir a pedir mis tickets me dijeron q ya los avían dado y que no me darían más. Honestamente me sentí q a mi y a mi familia nos tiraron muy nada hables. Nunca recomendaré ni volveré a uno de sus hoteles siendo q cada vez q salía de viaje usaba sus hoteles. En una ocasión dure 1 mes hospedado en su hotel de Utah y desde ahí nunca me trataron así en tantos días…
