Room smelled like mildew , had to get moved to another room & that room wasnt cleaned . I did an early check out and they dont want to refund my money . Terrible hotel do not stay here

That staff was extremely friendly. Clean rooms.

I liked the location, friendly staff and breakfast buffet. Dislikes were the noise at night as I was near a main entrance/exit. I was also on the ground floor facing the parking lot and the late check-in people hit their remote door locks at all hours with the car horns beeping at 2, 3 ,4 am. Makes it hard to sleep. But not completely the fault of the hotel.

Was a 10/10, great place to stay

I stayed here in 2014 before the re-model when I moved to La Mesa. I refused to stay again for the service and cleanliness. Looked like it was a homeless center with trash over flowing and people doing drugs and loitering outside and revving cars and parties in rooms. 10 years later, visiting family that lives in La Mesa I booked because I noticed the remodel but nothing has changed. Could not sleep for 2 nights! I understand the car wash construction but a hockey team that is running in the hallways at 1am and slamming door and jumping in the elevator. Ridiculous! There is a city ordinance in La Mesa for quiet hours that starts at 10pm. Hotel staff does nothing, cars revving outside, people screaming and talking loud and 20 hockey team kids running down the hallways at 1am. I visit family in La Mesa very frequently. Will never stay here again! Nothing has changed.

The room was good. Nice and clean around the property. The pool was really small but usable. Breakfast was lacking. The pancake machine was broken. The oatmeal machine was also broken. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Loved the convenience and proximity to SDSU! The room I stayed in was the handicap accessible room and it was, modern and spacious. Breakfast was good with variety of options. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, easy parking, friendly and helpful front desk

It was clean, nice two queen bed quarters with good quality beds, modern but average size. The bathroom was a shower only and it was okay. The water pressure was too low and the heat wasn’t very strong for the water. The pool is listed on the property as an added amenity but it is located in the back outside and it isn’t of the best quality. They also have an $20 a day parking fee so consider that as a miscellaneous add on to the total of your stay.. aside from that it wasn't bad if I had to I’d stay again in a pinch. I just don’t believe the prices matched the quality but it was okay. It was nice, it was clean, felt safe, close to things, and it had free breakfast, and on sight security that walks around at night looking at the cars which is a plus.

We reserved two queens, accessible bathtub, and kitchenette. Was told by front desk that it was already rented. Then the story went to they don’t have accessible bathrooms with kitchenette. Not happy!

Didn’t like paying extra $20 a night for parking. Location was convenient, but walking in the area was challenging due to traffic.
