Everything was great! I stay here everytime when working at our Southlake offices.

The restaurant on the property did not offer the food options I was looking for, so I decided to walk to the barbecue place on the service road for dinner. I notice that in stayed empty the hold time I was there.

Had to come in town for business

The first room I was given had a broken thermostat. The second room had the most disgusting shower I have ever seen in a hotel. The floor of the shower was peeling, with chips of old paint making their way down the drain. According to the desk clerk, there was only one more room available to offer me, on the first floor, not acceptable. Very disappointing in a major hotel chain.

I waited at the front desk for a very long time before a person arrived to help me at check in and check out. The hotel is dirty and old and needs to be updated.

The website listed a shuttle as an option, but the staff said they didn’t offer one.

Very nice hotel located of the freeway. Quiet and clean with friendly staff. We were in town for a family member graduation. Will definetely stay again in the future.

1. Shower floor was slippery and stained. Shower head was clogged and didn’t spray even. Not enough towels and nowhere to hang a hand towel. Needed another rug. 2. Sheets felt like there was sand in the bed and the material was hard to turn over in bed. Didn’t like comforter and it was old and frayed. 3. A ceiling fan would just start spinning slowly without even turning it on. 4. The black out curtains were not fastened in the last notch and there was a bright light shining in the window all night. 5. Pillows were the worst pillows i have ever tried to use. If you put your head on them it would not support your head. 6. No clock. 7. TV was hard to find channels! 8. We are elderly and had to walk all the way to the other end of the hall. 9. Bathroom door was stuck. Couldn’t close it. 10.Employees very unfriendly! 11. No breakfast included! 12. Will never stay at Trophy Club Holiday Inn again!

I like that there was an infoor pool, the elevators were clean, and the room was clean and not humid. I do wish the indoor pool was heated and had proper lighting. The pool area was not very inviting, as whoever did the brick and tiling did not level the floor before laying it so the floor was sloped and uneven in several places. There were too many sun chairs for lying and not enough room to walk or sit comfortably as well.

Was great

The only issues we experienced was we had to keep getting the key card reprogramed. I think it was due to the door mechanism. The door kept slamming each time we walked through it and the base around the handle on the outside of the door was loose. We reported it and they said they would have someone look at it, but it didn't look like they did. Also, there was very little water pressure in the shower. Other than that it served it's purpose as a hotel room.

I ask for 4 towels. They refused. Gave me only 2. Went to pool. No towels in there. Act of congress yo get him to give me pool towels like I was going to take them. We didn't want room cleaned while we were gone but they didn't even refresh our towels
