Nice rooms! A few suggestions...there needs to be a stove in the rooms versus getting a portable stovectop from the front desk and with only having 1 bathroom in the suites, the front of shower needs to be covered instead of glass so if someone needs bathroom while another is taking a shower.

The staff person that checked me out was not personable at all. She acted like I was a bother. The ice machine on the 4th floor (my floor) did not work, so I had to go downstairs to the 3rd floor each time I needed ice.

We confirmed early check in with the hotel before we left. Upon arrival we were told that our room wasn't ready. We told the lady at the desk that our early check-in was confirmed at 6am that morning. She told us to wait in the lobby and check back in 30-40 min. We waited a while and then asked for an update and she said a room was available. We go to the room and it was not the one we booked. We went back to the desk and asked for the correct room, king suite. All the king rooms were booked and we were told there is nothing that could be done. We stayed in the room and soon discovered a fruit fly infestation and then a roach the following morning in the bathroom. Parking was waived and we were offered a $50 gift card to expedia. Out $200. Never booking with expedia or hilton again.

Hotel was great,

Extended weekend stay for Sonic Temple Music Festival. Hotel was comfortable and very clean. Location was excellent, easy short drive to festival and close to several downtown restaurants, shops and bars. Hotel has a nice outdoor patio area with a fire pit. Parking can be a little tight, especially if you drive a full size truck or SUV. Otherwise, it's a good place to stay. I'd stay here again.

This was my second time staying here while attending the Sonic Temple Festival. Comfortable clean rooms and friendly service.

Noisy, but staff was helpful and very friendly

The breakfast options for were modest. For the price, I think the hotel could do better.

A experience

The ladies at the front desk were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and the lady taking care of breakfast was very helpful and keeping the buffet clean and restocked. Checkout was super simple and the hostess very sweet. The hotel being on the 2nd level made parking feel super safe since we were not on the street. The only thing I felt uncomfortable about was we were in a room with an adjoining door. I felt like it needed extra security for the adjoining door.

The hotel was okay. I can hear every car going by, toilet paper and paper towels were thin. No hand soap in the kitchenette or bathroom. Bed was comfortable enough and the room was very soacious compared to most hotels

Overall a great stay!

The pictures looked great in the listing but property didn't live up to them. Felt like I was catfished. Shower was mediocre, pressure was okay but the hot water capacity was nice. Bathroom door was broken. Bed was terrible. Tried breakfast the first morning and it was meh. Setup isn't great if there's more than a couple people wanting breakfast. Definitely not on my list of places to stay when I fancy Columbus again. I should have waited and booked the junto or something else last minute for not much more. Booking ahead and trusting Hilton was not the play. This is one in the portfolio to look past

First time in Columbus, and we enjoyed our stay. Check in and check out were a smooth process. The room was modern and clean with a great kitchen. The continental breakfast had waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes etc. It was a great price as well.

The staff was exceptionally great and helpful.

立地はダウンタウンからちょっと離れています。さびれた地区で治安はあまりよさそうではありません。周りに食事ができるところも多くはなく、スーパーもみつけられませんでした。部屋にはキッチンにお皿や包丁などが本格的に整っています。部屋は広い。ベッドもよかったです。朝食はとてもしっかりしています。これらの点でサービスのクオリティはよいです。駐車場は21ドルとか言っていました。利用していません。建物の作りがよくないのか、上階の人が歩く音や隣の部屋の話し声がとても大きく聞こえ、静かに過ごせたわけではありませんでした。これは仕方ないかな。

Room was super spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was a little bland and heated food items were not fresh tasting or appealing, but service was efficient, and area was very clean and supplied. Coffee was strong, hot and fantastic!

The room was just fine. Spacious, clean, comfortable. I have no particular complaints at all. Perhaps had I spent more time in the room, made use of the desk or kitchen, I might feel differently, but as it is, it was honestly just fine. Nothing about it felt exceptional, or luxurious as I might have hoped for the price. This is by far the most money I have spent per night on a hotel in a long time - and not nearly the nicest, best, most luxurious experience.

Excellent customer service. Very helpful and pleasant. Building/rooms tend to pick up a lot of noise from floor above but overall great stay

I was not happy with not being told the price of parking upfront. I was also told it was close to the Schottstein center but it was ten minutes away instead of the three I was told. I was not happy and wish I would have gotten a refund.
