Generally all good except for having to pay for parking. In the past years staying here the parking was free so this was a surprise and expensive.

The room was very spacious and the bed was really comfortable! I found everything to be clean and well stocked. The reception staff was also super friendly and helpful. Thank you, Robert.

Whatever price you get, add $14 more dollars per day to park! Beds are worn so mattresses sink - ugh. Decent breakfast - unless you like food on the healthier side. Within walking distance to farmers market and U of O.

Loved the comfortable beds. A little noisy with traffic at night below our room. Staff was so helpful and accommodating as we checked in a little early. Breakfast was good! Didn't know parking was extra cost though.

The parking lot wasn’t owned by the hotel and it was a bit of a hassle to park. I was surprised that we had to pay for parking separate from the hotel.

This place is extremely noisy! Cars and busses going by all night. Homeless people shouting. People above us were stomping until 6 am. There’s also a train that goes by. Just a horrible experience. I called the front desk and was laughed at by Anthony and told there’s nothing he can do. Tanya was very kind and apologetic even though she didn’t work that night and was able to refund half of my stay!

This property did not exceed any expectations. Old and rundown.

All Photos I have are with children so I only have this one to upload which is when I was at the pool before the power outage. Sorry. My family members and I went to Eugene for a funeral and a Celebration of Life for a family member. We stayed at the Hilton from July 2 - July 5 of 2025. The beds hurt my back so much, even with all of the pillows I had. The beds are so hard. I have had better beds at The Red Lion Inn. My Bath and Body Works Antibacterial Hand Sanitizer was stolen from the bathroom and the Kitchen area. The pool lacked efficient towels for the group I went with. There were hardly any in there, only maybe like two or three for our big group. The power went out on July 4th for over 5 hours (8 PM - 2:30 AM). We were stuck on the 4th floor with no air because the windows did not open. On Saturday morning, I got stuck inside the lobby bathroom with no toilet paper and had to send one of the kids out to get me some at which point they stated I had to wait for housekeeping/janitor. This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. I will not be back ever!!!!

Clean, comfortable and conveniently located. We liked the sheets so much we found them online and ordered a set!

Great downtown central location. Spacious comfortable suites. Friendly staff.

Construction in area. Traffic was pretty good and delays were to a minimum.

Really appreciated the front desk person and how nice they were. She offered information about everything I needed to know and answered my questions.

Property had good security measures in place. Buffet was very nice. Stuff was great. Lots of homeless all around the hotel. Some kept to themselves some did not.

Short trip with my spouse. Enjoyed the friendly staff and the choice of restaurant within walking distance.
