Upon entry, Theresa was warm, friendly & helpful. Even at checkout the women who helped me was also a prime example of customer service! I didn’t eat breakfast but heard from my colleagues it was amazing along with their coffee. Will be back again.

Room was dirty- dirty fingerprints all over light switches, tons of black hair all over the bathroom, bathroom sink did not drain, refrigerator was filed with water and ice. Bed was sunken in as if it was 400 years old. Bathroom smelled of smoke. Terrible room

The evening/night staff (Theresa was great and very helpful). The morning staff & management were terrible. I was awakened at 4 AM by jumping & dancing? in the room above. When I complained the morning staff/management assured me it would not re-occur because the guests had checked out. This was a lie because the same thing happened the next morning at 4 AM.

Not difficult to find, no overbooking or surprise fees. Mostly clean. Full-sized shampoo & body wash in shower (but no conditioner). Breakfast options underwhelming.

Though a fairly new hotel the condition of it was disgusting. On arrival, 2 hours after check in time, room was not ready. Bathroom had hair in sink and shower as well as inside of towels. Feces in toilet bowl. Room smelled of dirty mop water. Brown crud in sink.
You could tell the room was not thoroughly cleaned but given a quick passover. Asked for a new room and found it in same condition.

It was a nice stay. The workers were friendly. The rooms were nice. Dishes were still in the dishwasher when we got to our room. After the money I had to spend, I wondered why the dishes weren't put away. I wasn't about to clean up after anyone.

Our group stayed in a suite for 3 nights while in central Michigan for business. Each suite was extremely clean upon arrival and well supplied to meet our needs. The hotel staff were friendly. The free breakfast was excellent with enough variety to meet everyone's needs in the group. The only negative thing I could say about our stay was that housekeeping was non-existent. During our stay housekeeping never checked our room. We had a lot of trash buildup and could have used clean towels, washcloths, and a bathroom refresh each day. Overall the hotel met our needs and I would stay again.
Pros: Very clean, hot breakfast, friendly staff, location,
Cons: lack of housekeeping service.
