I did not like that I could not cancel since I was unable to use due to a death in the family

Only thing is was confused on the shower head I couldn’t get it on there was three in the room and I wanted the top one to work and it did not work so I had to either sit and use the middle one or hold the middle one the whole time at a crunched down position. Room 322

The staff was AMAZING!! From check in to check out, they were possibly the nicest people I’ve encountered in a long time. The room was wonderful, it was clean, bright, and the entire hotel smelled very nice(and not the typical antiseptic type hotel smell, if you understand what I mean). If I’m in GR again, I will make sure this is where I stay

We loved the size of the room. It was very spacious and comfy for a family of five. We also enjoyed the pool and continental breakfast. This is a place that we would visit again when in the Grand Rapids area.

The room we stayed in had a full fridge and a kitchen sink which worked great with the small kids we have. For the price it is a great value! We will definitely be back.

Great place

Very clean and modern room, comfortable for up to 5 people, nice coffee bar. Our stay the first night was less than ideal due to a very noisy youth sports travel team with families, but the staff was attempting to handle the issue. Other nights were fine.

Convenient to airport and other attractions like Meijer gardens and Holland plenty of restaurants nearby. Quick check-in and check out, very nice front desk staff.

We had to go out and ask for towels, toilet paper. The ac is motion activated so if you are a warm sleeper expect to wake up 4-6 a night to get the ac working again.

All aspects of the stay were exceptional.

Clean, staff friendly, great location

The staff wasn’t overly concerned about our check-in until I asked for help but that wasn’t that unpleasant however, they gave us a dirty room which hadn’t been cleaned by 4pm? Furthermore, when the staff tried to figure out what was happening they didn’t ask me anything and gave me a room that was already occupied and after that first impression I couldn’t help rechecking if they new room was dirty. Other then the rocky unpleasant experience things did get better and the Home 2 experience seems relatively quiet which is great for our autistic son. I’d give this Hotel another chance to improve there customer service and not that it matters but the girls at check out seemed inexperienced in customer support especially person to person

It was very welcoming

My room was beyond what I expected. The pool was nice and warm my kids enjoyed it very much as did I.

Our shower head does not work and there was no hot water in the middle of the day. I would expect more from a place of this caliber.

The hotel was very nice and the room was clean and well kept. Breakfast was well stocked and the area kept clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I do however wish the breakfast hours were a bit later, when staying in a hotel I don't always want to wake up in order to eat before 9am.
