It was an enjoyable stay. The room was spacious and comfortable for my needs. The hallways were tidy. The exercise room is fully functional. The breakfast was plentiful and of good sustenance. ...not just finger food. The staff always spoke saying good morning or asking how are you doing. If you have business with Boeing or within upper Delaware or western New Jersey but still want to stay close to Philly then this is the perfect hotel however its a distance away from downtown Philadelphia. Its around a 25-40 minute ride (depending on traffic) into Philadelphia so it you don't mind the ride (which I don't) then its fine.

My only downside was no hot tub, Denise and the rest of the staff were all super pleasant and helpful! Rooms were clean, beds are nice and Breakfast was yummy! 100% would stay again

My room was not cleaned in the 10 days that I stayed. I had to keep asking for more towels and washcloths. Toilet seat broke and they were told in the morning but when I returned to the hotel, it wasn’t fixed. Called front desk and was told he didn’t know where the toilet seats were kept. He told me I could use the bathroom in the lobby if I wanted. The next day someone came to fix the toilet seat and he said the hotel didn’t have any other toilet seats. Took cups from lobby since they were never replaced in my room .!Don’t stay here!!!!

Stay was amazing

The Home2 Suites rooms were very clean and family frendly located close to both the City of Philadelphia and the Airport! The staff were very friendly and curious!!

Overall we liked the hotel. We didn’t have sheets for the sofa bed and hot no response when calling the front desk. We had to go downstairs to ask for sheets. Room was booked for four people. There is nothing really else in the area so hard if you don’t have a car. Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly.

We had an issue with our room but we reached out to Mike the general manager and he resolved our issue. He was very helpful and empathetic. Thanks Mike. We came in for a family reunion and baseball game. The stadium is about a 25 minute drive. The pool was nice. The parking was easy.

Room was comfortable, clean and loved the kitchenette. Staff are very friendly an helpful. The morning breakfast is simply great! And so close to the Philly airport!

Not nice staff, poor breakfasts.

I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service at a hotel reception. The young woman working there was extremely rude, angry, and clearly annoyed by everything around her. She constantly sighed, made unnecessary comments, and was visibly irritated — especially by children. My kids are only five years old, and while they were talking (maybe a bit loudly, as kids do), they were not screaming or misbehaving. It was the middle of the day, not late at night, but she kept telling them to be quiet as if we were in a library, not a family hotel. It got even worse when she came to the pool area, where there were about 30 kids swimming, laughing, and having fun — like children should. She kept coming over to tell them to be quiet. How can you expect silence from 30 kids playing in a pool? That’s just not realistic or acceptable. To make things even more upsetting, she started filming my children without my permission — completely unacceptable. Later, when we were simply waiting by the elevator, she actually came over again to tell us off and demanded silence. It was shocking and honestly ruined our whole experience. We felt like we weren’t allowed to talk, laugh, or simply enjoy our time there. The hotel itself was clean and nice, but this staff member’s behavior was a huge disappointment. I really hope management takes this seriously because no one should feel this way during their stay.

The overnight desk staff and the shuttle driver were amazing. My flight was delayed so I arrived after 1am. They were helpful and made me feel safe. The room however - had seen better days. Water took over 2 mins to warm up. SUPER LOW water pressure out of the traditional shower head so I had to use the hand held. The window only had a pull down shade, no curtains. It had been pulled down too long and could not be raised so let in light from the parking lot, shining right on the bed. Two of the 4 bath towels provided had pubic hairs on them. I had to call down and request a blow dryer.
