I had to go to the neighboring Hampton Inn due to A/C problems at the Homewood Suites. I cannot log into WiFi since I am registered at Homewood Suites, and Homewood Suites is not listed as a WiFi option. Only Hampton Inn shows up as a WiFi option, and my name is not found as a registered guest. The room is ok, but I had booked a suite with separate sitting area and a kitchen area at Homewood Suites. At Hampton Inn I am in a simple hotel room. I am very disappointed with this since I expected a more luxurious accommodation, and I brought food to have dinner in my room. As I had to park in a neighboring garage I cannot bring in all of my things. I use a cane, and also cannot carry heavy items without a luggage cart.

Great room space, very clean and excellent staff. The AC in our room want working and they immediately changed our room. Very Happy with everything.

Our room was huge compared to our other hotel stays. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom seemed a bit tired, but was clean and in working order. The location was perfect for what we came to the city to do. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Good location but cold showers were not enjoyable. Rooftop bar is closed due to construction.

Picked hotel off location to a venue for a show. Originally booked a different hotel who was not accommodating to our party size. This hotel was able to easily accommodate us and was a much better price! Great location, staff was friendly facilities were clean. I'd stay here again for sure!

The hot water on the 11th floor went out. It took over an hour to get fresh towels.

Room was not cleaned

Air conditioning didn’t work. No hot water in shower.

The suite was spacious. The television in the living room didn't work. The toilet ran loudly all night. The shower drained very slowly causing you to have standing water during your shower. The sink water had terrible flow--only a tiny stream of water. The sofa in the living room was uncomfortable. The bedding was uncomfortable. The parking was challenging because we got in later at night and all spaces were basically gone. I worried about where my SUV was parked. We were only staying two nights and were away from the hotel all day on Saturday. It wasn't worth complaining about since we were leaving early on Sunday. Room 918.

Our stay was comfortable, and the room was clean. The area was a little deserted on the weekends, with not a lot close-by for dining and evening things to do. But it did feel safe. Our biggest issues were parking and hot water. We were charged $25 a day for parking, but the garage was full! It was so full that people were parking in aisles not designated as spaces! Our second issue was that for our second day of our stay we had no hot water. We had to take cold showers all day. We checked out that day, so we have no idea how long the problem persisted for, but it was definitely the entire day of our second day.

Overall great stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room showed a bit of wear and tear compared to other Hilton properties I’ve stayed at. Kitchenette was well equipped. Shower took a long time to heat up as well as the heat in the bedroom room area. Breakfast was good decent options. Location was great walkable to train and restaurants. Partially booked to try out the rooftop restaurant but it was under construction when we arrived.

The location was perfect to the hospital for a post transplant stay. easy in and out. decent breakfast (hot food!!! eggs, meat etc) apartment feel with full kitchen.

Solid hotel, no issues at all. Staff was great in our interactions. Hotel was clean, parking in the garage was easy. We were staying to see a concert at the National and that was a 5 minute walk up the street. Area seemed relatively safe, lot of food options around. Easy access to 95. Bed wasn’t the comfiest. Definitely would recommend.

It worked

A good stay! The breakfast (included) is particularly excellent (in a really nice space). The room was comfortable, temperature easy to adjust. Minuses: they did state there would be housekeeping on the 3rd day of a longer stay, but no housekeeping was provided. Only one burner on the kitchenette stove worked, and there was nothing to use to wash dishes (a sponge or brush or something). Otherwise very comfortable and convenient, with a great location. Walkable to restaurants and activities and the downtown train station.

The hotel is nice. Loved the Lobby. The elevator situation was extremely confusing & annoying. The room was spacious, however, I was expecting a seperate door in a 2 queen suite.

I rented two rooms. My friends roo. Had vomit all over the couch and couch cushions and was haphazardly hidden so nobody would find out till it was too late, food underneath the couch and foot rest, and human hair all over the blantanly misfolded towels. The room was a literal vomitorium and my friends were appauled that this was even a Hilton.

Staff was outstanding. Our room was top notch. Great hotel.

Quiet hotel- however some white noise for room would be good. Beds comfortable and clean. Small updates - shower heads etc. Good should be labeled at breakfast however food was hot and delicious and servers very friendly. Parking is convenient and not too expensive. Service was excellent and so pleasant !! Would stay again and recommend.
