We had an incredible stay here. The room was more than enough space for us and our child. The staff was friendly and responsive.

Nice hotel pretty good parking

Being able to have a suite for a family of 5 was super helpful in the city. It was fairly easy to travel into the city. Breakfast and Complimentary Social were very nice. Appreciated parking, being able to come and go. Biggest complaints, mattress was way past its prime, actually had a slope and had to position myself not to roll off. Shampoo and Soap were almost empty upon arrival and never refilled.

I booked this trip for my granddaughter’s graduation with the intention of going to the indoor pool. To my surprise there pool was under renovation!!! They were so excited to come but was very disappointed when they heard about the pool. I also asked for adjoining rooms but that never happened. We got king room on the 4th and 8th floor!! I was happy with the wonderful woman whe worked on Monday morning. She helped me out a lot, even to plan my day trip. We were coming in from New York so it was a great dissatisfaction to us.

Pool was closed for renovations and was not noted as closed prior to booking.

I like the large room

The staff was friendly, but the property itself is dirty and unhygienic. Most importantly, there is limited to no parking available on the property. Additionally, once you step outside onto the main road, it feels unsafe as it is surrounded by sex workers and police. Safety was a major concern for me since I was travelling for a conference and had to walk 15-20 minutes through that environment from the metro station to reach back to the hotel. This should have been clearly mentioned on the website or by staff at check-in instead of discovering it myself in the evening. In addition, the property is not maintained properly. I had a kitchenette where the stove didn't work and the dishwasher was leaking. Housekeeping was only once every other day, and they didn't clean the washroom; they just made the bed. The AC didn't work while I was travelling during a heat wave in DC. Due to these reasons, I won't be staying at this property ever again.

Customer service was exceptional room was ver Clean, breakfast was great!!! Bed on the other hand was very uncomfortable so I didn’t rest well at all.

Little to no parking and the parking fees were outrageous. Not even included in the room. Other than that it was good.

The breakfast staff worked very hard and were excellent. But the food on the first day of our stay was not very good, the selection and the fruit did not look fresh.

Expedia’s team helped us book this hotel after our first hotel messed up our booking. Place was very nice and exactly what we needed for the weekend
