Hotel rooms were very nice and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great and very convenient. Would highly recommend!

Ready bad condition

The service was OUTSTANDING! Our room smelled So Much better once they ran the Ozone Machine. The room itself was a bit divey . . . especially for a Hitlon Property. And the layout of this suite is horrible. The only access to the bathroom is through the bedroom suite? Then what's the point of a bedroom suite??? And no door on the Vanity Area, so the bright lights wake everyone up. Your staff is Top Notch. Your Hotel needs a serious makeover; or at the very least an updating.

Was great accept the pool was closed but we were given an option to swim next door at the hotel.

I was placed in a handicapped room that was not comfortable. The bathtub leaked. The AC was extremely loud so you couldn’t hear the tv. The hotel was dated and paint peeling in the room.

Our stay was very relaxing. My sons utilized the basketball court, and my daughter and I used the fitness facility. We would stay here again.

Our family loved having space to relax and unwind. Breakfast was delicious and overall service was outstanding.

Unclean inside and outside tried to slam me for early check in ($50) but after seeing it the guest sitting in the lobby No way I would ever stay there I went over to the Embassy suites and had a wonderful experience I canceled my appointment with them

Front desk worked hard to make a good experience for our stay. Had two maintenance issues and they were extremely quick and efficient at solving the issues.

Very nice for what we needed! I really liked the breakfast buffet and the snacks around happy hour!

The day was OK. Check-in was really easy and the staff was very nice. It could’ve been a lot cleaner.

COCKROACHES IN MY BED! 2 of them my son chased towards the headboard and managed to kill - who knows how many more we didn’t see. Unfortunately we were already in the beds and watching TV. So at 11:00 at night we quickly packed up our stuff - informed the front desk agent who did not care - and left to drive 4 hours home. Before discovering the roach crawling OUT from under the blankets towards me - the room above us must’ve had kids running it was loud for it being so late. Never ever staying here again. We also saw one crawling on the hallway floor as we were leaving - DO NOT RECOMMEND!

$14/day hidden cost when staying here. They charge for parking and you have to pay every day you are there. Additionally, we stayed 6 days and not once did we have a cleaning crew come by to change towels, bedding or drop off toilet paper. Had to go to the front desk multiple times to get anything. The front of house staff was super friendly same with cooking staff for breakfast but was supper annoyed that we had to constantly go up front to get anything.

I did not like nor never heard of paying for hotel parking. Also their sink and tub was stopped up. But other than that nice all around.

The staff at check in was amazing, i belive his name was Jimmy. I asked alot of questions and he answered them all plus told me everything i needed to know upon check in. Great staff also around the property.
