It’s was nice and convenient to get to Mystic Aquarium and Mystic Village

Centrally located

Room was clean but hotel itself is very outdated.

I don’t write reviews but I can’t believe I spent as much money as I did here. This place was run down everything was dirty and unkempt. There were flies everywhere. Our bathroom didn’t have a toilet paper holder. There was an old gross bath mat in the shower. The hallway was creepy and the pool was gross. It was understaffed. Our key card deactivated overnight and our whole family got locked out in the morning after breakfast. There was no one at the front desk. Another guest was also locked out. We had to call the only staff workers cell phone to get help. The other key card we had never worked.

This property was dirty, smelled absolutely awful in the halls and room, my daughter ended up with a swollen face from sleeping on the pillows, the shower was disgusting and had stains, dirt and hair, we had issues with our room key every day.. I could go on and on. No blow dryer or phone which I thought was just the basics. There was nothing else available or I would have paid for a second hotel. We dreaded going back after a long day in mystic which was very disappointing.

Could use vacuuming in hallways and stairwells. The outside needs a good landscaper pruning bushes, etc. — Touching up areas needing repair. -/ The room was clean, staff was nice. Great stay

Rude staff, dirty rooms, bugs and hair all over the rooms, dirty showers

The back of the property that was our patio off the room had overgrowth of grass, weeds, and a broken fence that went to the adjacent back lot of the other hotel which was littered with trash. It did not feel safe. As far as the room it was "quick cleaned" and the pool area needs work the water was cloudy and the back door was kept open .

The staff was helpful and friendly, checking in was a breeze, and a diner is basically attached to the place. I'd stay again.

First time staying at this hotel in mystic and loved everything from the pool to the room. No complaints will definitely stay again when passing through!

Room was clean but bathtub needed a better cleaning. Pool area also not clean. Bugs and dusty. Also, people left their empty cans and coffee cups laying around the pool area and they remained there for our entire 2 day stay.

Hotel attractions and town, was located very close to attractions and town, Very pleasant experience in a quaint fun town.

Very dated....needs a major overhaul

This hotel needs a DEEP CLEAN and some upkeep. We were staying for 2 nights and our first room (215) had an open beer can and black electrical tape around the lock. We went to the front desk and the woman at the desk was nice and seemed concerned so she switched us to another toom. We then got settled in room 113 and I cant say it was much better. Unfortunately for us the 5 other hotels in the area thst we called were booked solid for the weekend. This room had a crooked toilet, mold on the walls, dust everywhere, and it looked like someone sneezed on the mirror on the bathroom door. The halls also smelled of cat piss. We only stayed because we had plans in the area and had no other choice. If we visit Mystic again we will absolutely be staying elsewhere. The diner next door was noce, so theres that.

My 2 day stay was good.
