Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean and fresh. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Great location, with the subway just steps away.

All in all I left this hotel dissatisfied. I requested a room on upper floor at check-in and was firmly rebuffed. The clerk would only repeatedly say “we’re sold out”. I emphasized how important low noise level was to me, and he said he was assigning us to great room not facing 8th Ave. When we got to the room, we were assaulted by construction noise coming from large project right behind the hotel! He never disclosed this. The street noise from 48th was terrible at night. I slept very poorly the entire 3-night stay. I approached the same reception clerk mid-stay and he again said nothing was available. I brought up the construction project and he insisted he had told me about it. This was absolutely not true. He also said he had told me to check with him before noon for possible move to higher floor. This was also not true. Shockingly, he was very augmentative. I thought about seeking out the mgr, but was not up to additional confrontation. We departed knowing that despite its great location, we would never stay at this hotel again. The $450/night cost was NOT a good value. The most positive experience we had was with the housekeeper who cleaned our room. She was delightful. The front desk personnel need to take customer service lessons from her!

While the front desk staff member we dealt with was very nice and helpful we had small flies in the bathroom and when moved to another room had the same problem. This was our second stay at the hotel but was our last.

Very nice property. Clean and well maintained. Within walking distance to amenities. Lots of construction… not inside the property but in the surrounding area. Not a knock on the property… just an FYI.

This hotel was great. Perfect location, very nice and helpful staff, really pretty and large rooms. We will definitely be staying here again.

We have stayed at this property somewhere near 15 times. We love it because of its great location. This time we had a few issues. This time, we had issues with the shower, where it was erratically hot, then cold, then low water pressure. Also, the AC was not cooling sufficiently.

The location was convenient to Times Square, many Broadway shows and the subway. Biggest downside was that the AC didn't really work well, so our room was pretty hot the whole time.

Bathroom is very small.

In een uiterst drukke straat waar je niet ontsnapt aan de gekte, naast brandweerkazerne inclusief loeiende sirenes 24 uur per dag. Hotel is schoon en modern, de bedden liggen lekker (zacht). De kamer wordt elke dag schoongemaakt. Personeel is overwegend onvriendelijk op het onbeschofte af. Zijn lekker bezig met elkaar (kletsen en geinen) en wanneer je dan een vraag hebt, rollen ze met hun ogen.

Water not refreshed every day; no seum bugs in room; not biting but annoying; horrendous noises in bathroom from other rooms or floors. No chair in room and no drawers for cloting.

Nous étions trois avec notre fille de 16 ans, et nous avions pris une chambre avec soi-disant deux grands lits. La chambre était beaucoup plus petite que ce qui était décrit et les lits ne sont pas vraiment des grands lits. Ce qui fait que nous étions les uns sur les autres. Devez prendre en compte que tous les hôtels dans cette zone sont très bruyants car nous sommes à Times Square. D’une manière générale, l’hôtel est très bien placé, mais je pense qu’on peut trouver une meilleure option.

Recebi um péssimo atendimento na recepção na hora do check in. Era uma mulher (não lembro o nome). Pedi para falar com o gerente e ela super me mal tratou por isso. Nunca mais me hospedo nesse hotel e não indico pra ninguém. Em compensação, as camareiras eram muito gentis.

This hotel is located in the middle of all the action in Times Square. Very easy to walk to everything , room size is decent and staff was ok , could be more friendly . The area has many dining options and many things to do especially the theaters .

It was a generously-sized room for the price in NYC. Room was clean and staff was very friendly. Nice central location.
