Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped us with an early check-in, luggage storage and arranged an airport transfer. Good location for exploring Manhattan and Brooklyn. Beautiful views of the bridge. Our kids loved the big window seat. We loved all the great places to eat in Chinatown.

Big thanks to Zaf and the rest of the staff who were always welcoming and helpful. The areas is close to many cool cafes and restaurants. The room was clean and pretty quiet, with a nice view of traffic coming down off the Manhattan Bridge, as well as all the colorful people walking below. Would 10/10recommend as a reasonably priced home base on your next NYC trip, especially if you love the Lower East Side as much as I do.

Sehr schönes Hotel in guter Lage! Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und mit einem modernen Duschbad ausgestattet, die Betten sehr bequem. Toll war auch die breite Fensterbank, auf der man gemütlich sitzen und die Aussicht genießen konnte. Die Lage im Herzen von Chinatown ist perfekt, viele Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Außerdem konnten wir unser Gepäck nach dem Checkout problemlos im Hotel lagern – sehr praktisch. Klare Empfehlung!

The Leon has been my go to for years now. For the price, it simply can't be topped. I stopped even looking. I have to arrange my trips around room availability now because I won't stay anywhere else.

No where on this site did it say I had to pay $150 deposit. It just said a $35 service fee but when I got there they already started the check in process which took the $187 payment for the room and because that deposit was not in my budget I couldn’t check in. Ended up driving back home and talking to customer service and apparently the room I booked was non refundable which when I booked the room it didn’t say that either. I really need hotels.com to put everything the hotel is going to need on site because now I’m out almost $200.

Great Hotel! The room was clean and really spacious. The hotel personnel were friendly and helpful. Perfect location, just a couple of minutes from public transport.

The staff was very pleasant. The check-in process was smooth. The went the extra time to check if our room was clean for an early check-in. We were abls.to change and leave our bags to start our day. The room & bathroom were clean. Front staff was pleasant at check-out as well.

i would say great location near brooklyn bridge and china town. however there are more beter hotel located nearby. unsafe people(kind of people with mental issue, uses drugs etc) lurks around, almost did not feel safe going out at night. 30 to 35min walk around blecker, cornelia st.great neighborhood, the feel of true new york. 10min walk to canal street subway station to midtown room is clean we had a great view manhattan arch or something.

This hotel was clean and quiet and walking distance from many main streets. Customer service was the best. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. I will be coming back.

Struttura vicina a due fermate di metropolitana ( 5 minuti a piedi) Camera spaziosa e pulita, bagno funzionale con grande doccia a pavimento. Disponibilità del personale eccellente. Siamo rimasti bloccati in ascensore per un guasto, in meno di cinque minuti è arrivato il tecnico ed ha risolto il problema. Distributore di acqua e ghiaccio 24/24, gratuito. Comodissimo per le lunghe giornate sotto il sole di Manhattan. Pulizie quotidiane con cambio asciugamani quotidiano. Camera ben insonorizzata, noi avevamo la 207 con affaccio sulla strada. Una piacevole sorpresa

Staff not paying attention for our needs , added extra charges

Property was clean and quiet very close to multiple subway stations and lots of surrounding dining options.

We needed a place to overnight to attend a family event the next day. This hotel was a convenient location and offered a nice room for a reasonable price. We had a corner double which looked out at the Manhattan Bridge Arch so it made for a beautiful view. Also it was surprisingly not very loud in our room, even though it was a busy traffic area. There were some parts of the room that were a little shabby like a blemish on the wall from damage that was not painted over and the bathroom had peeling paint. However, the beds were comfortable and the rainfall shower head was relaxing. Plenty of coffee, soap and toiletries. Hot water and additional coffee available at the lobby. The staff at the front desk were efficient and helpful. They also allowed us to keep our baggage in the lobby until we returned later in the afternoon after our event. Would stay here again if we need to be in the Chinatown area. We were actually on a roadtrip East so this was a perfect location that was close to the parking garage, our event venue and a direct route to the Holland Tunnel to continue our trip.
