property is super nice, everyone is very friendly, breakfast at the restaurant and the pool area were awesome.
Parking was full by the time we checked in and had to park in parking garage, was not happy about this at first but it really worked out fine, took an uber back and the cost was less than the parking would of been at hotel even with short uber ride to parking garage. We are already planning a return.

I love that there is beach access with free use of beach chairs and umbrellas. Free drinks from 5-6 pm and happy hour from 6-8 pm. The pool was great and there's another side where you can take fabulous photos in the water. The staff was friendly and responded quickly when a request was made. There are tons of restaurants, pharmacies and bars within walking distance.

The air in our room was not working. Two maintenance men tried to fix it and couldn’t their fix was a rotating fan. It was hot and difficult to sleep. They said keep your shades drawn. We paid for an ocean view. It was our anniversary trip. So, this wasn’t great.
The location is amazing. And the front desk staff were very kind.

The hot tub was out of service for our entire stay. Rooms were dated and had signs of use even the suite we had. Pictures deceiving on the ocean front balcony it was a 3x3 concrete slab hanging out the side of the 7th floor felt uneasy it was so small. The staff was excellent they brought us a bottle of bubbly for our honeymoon and the backyard area staff was awesome as well as the pool staff. Pool closed at 8 most of the week and 10 on weekends with the hotel not really having much to do it would of been nice to have a pool open later. The food during happy hour is amazing even tho not many choices very good. Overall nice stay but would of paid more for more at another hotel. Clean property nice staff.

First of all, most of the staff was amazing. Quick service and friendly… especially at the pool area and front desk. Rooms were clean
I rated 4 overall based on value. I felt the double-rooms were large but cramped for three people due to limited storage and layout. Also, a small negative from the bartenders.

property is super nice, everyone is very friendly, breakfast at the restaurant and the pool area were awesome.
Parking was full by the time we checked in and had to park in parking garage, was not happy about this at first but it really worked out fine, took an uber back and the cost was less than the parking would of been at hotel even with short uber ride to parking garage. We are already planning a return.

The hot tub was out of service for our entire stay. Rooms were dated and had signs of use even the suite we had. Pictures deceiving on the ocean front balcony it was a 3x3 concrete slab hanging out the side of the 7th floor felt uneasy it was so small. The staff was excellent they brought us a bottle of bubbly for our honeymoon and the backyard area staff was awesome as well as the pool staff. Pool closed at 8 most of the week and 10 on weekends with the hotel not really having much to do it would of been nice to have a pool open later. The food during happy hour is amazing even tho not many choices very good. Overall nice stay but would of paid more for more at another hotel. Clean property nice staff.

First of all, most of the staff was amazing. Quick service and friendly… especially at the pool area and front desk. Rooms were clean
I rated 4 overall based on value. I felt the double-rooms were large but cramped for three people due to limited storage and layout. Also, a small negative from the bartenders.

Una gran opción en South Beach
El Hotel Marseilles tiene una arquitectura retro con mucho encanto y una ubicación inmejorable, justo sobre Collins Ave y con acceso directo a la playa. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y bien climatizadas, ideales para descansar después de un día bajo el sol.
Durante la estancia se incluyen varios detalles que hacen la diferencia: sombrilla y camastros sin costo en la playa, hora feliz con descuentos especiales en bebidas y, de 5 a 6 de la tarde, algunas opciones ¡por tan solo un dólar!
El personal es muy atento y servicial. Quiero hacer un reconocimiento especial a Julián, el manager, por su excelente actitud, y a Melina y Elizabeth en recepción, quienes hicieron que nuestra llegada fuera muy cálida.
Definitivamente volvería.

I love that there is beach access with free use of beach chairs and umbrellas. Free drinks from 5-6 pm and happy hour from 6-8 pm. The pool was great and there's another side where you can take fabulous photos in the water. The staff was friendly and responded quickly when a request was made. There are tons of restaurants, pharmacies and bars within walking distance.

The location was perfect. It seemed a little overpriced for what we got and the rooms had zero soundproofing. The staff was great though and it was very clean.

It’s a great place to go with family or friends, but I would prefer mostly with family because of the vibe. It’s clean and staff are nice. Thank you Marseilles for the hospitality and hosting

Beautiful property. I loved the artwork and flowers around the property. The beach access was perfect and very relaxing. The restaurant and service was not bad. I’d visit again.
