Modern 3BR Condo With Pool

Great place, will definitely reach out again next time i travel to new orleans

The common area was a little smaller than it appeared in the photos as well as bedrooms one and two… However the main bedroom was huge and so was the bathroom and closet in the main bedroom. We had a group of six and we were very comfortable… The Unit could use some updating. The proximity to the venues and other things that we were interested in was great, although the neighborhood was a little suspect at night. There was a small café on the corner that was pretty good taste wise as well as price wise. If I visit New Orleans again in a large group I would definitely consider staying here again if the price was competitive

It was a huge place and very clean! The pool was amazing! The only thing was that the area is known to have a lot of homeless residents and one decided to set up camp right outside the front door.

Ive traveled the world and this was one of the worst experiences. Ive ever encountered. Customer service was very stand off-ish. Dealing with Hotels.com and Hosteeva was a nightmare. Hosteeva's rep Gary couldnt tell the truth if his life depended on it. On-Site parking means a parking area controlled and managed by property owners. Theres only street parking in this property which advertised as "FREE and Complimentary On-Site Parking" I had to cut short my Florida portion of my vacation due to not being guaranteed parking at this location. Left 6hrs early in fact. Got to New Orleans 6hrs early just to secure parking. Because Property management refuse to cancel and refund. And ended up still having to park half a block away. The nieghborhood is rough. Questionable people riding bikes even at 3am in the morning. The issue with the BAD Customer service and coupled with the rough nieghborhood. Made me leave my New Orleans trip a day short and move on to the rest of my Florida to California trip. DO NOT !!! I mean DO NOT book with Hosteeva Property Management. Theyre one of the worst Ive ever dealt with...
