When I first walked into the room it was night and I had to feel my way around the room to find a light. Then I had to tighten the bulb to even get the light to work. There was no other light beside the bathroom. Water was soaking the carpet from a leak in the wall. Wall was soft and crumbling. No outlets near the bed. Would not stay again. Although Staff was friendly.

Pretty run down hotel. Shower was either boiling hot or ice cold with little to no control. Ice that came from the machine was disgusting…visual debris especially overnight after melting. The only saving grace is being cheap and walking distance to the stadium.

Horrible. I don’t expect much from a Motel 6, but this place was below acceptable. Broken furniture, holes in the walls, dirty bathroom counters, mold and rust. We left without spending the night. They refused a refund. On top of that, they gouged us at every turn. We paid over $400 on an ice night for a room that normally costs $50. Then they charged us $70 to park cuz the was a college football game nearby. That was a random, fraudulent add on, not mentioned in the terms.
Do NOT do business with these grifters

Can’t beat the location, it’s right across the street from AT&T Stadium so it was great to just walk over to the hotel after that game and avoid waiting in traffic. Besides location, the hotel is nothing special, the bathrooms were dated and there were minimal amenities. The rooms were ok, there were beds and a TV. No mini fridge. Stay here for an amazing location and a place to sleep after a game.

Received an email beforehand stating they wouldn't be providing housekeeping during our stay. It stated we could go to the lobby to ask for towels. We arrived to the room and it had no towels to begin with. My spouse went to ask for some and was met with numerous questions, rude attitude, eye rolling and a complete disregard to what he asked for. Needed full size towels to shower with and they only wanted to hand over hand towels. Next day, same issue! Dirty looks, rude comments, and a phone call to the room ONE minute before checkout time to tell us we needed to checkout!!

WiFi didn't work and they don't disclose a $70 parking fee untill you checkin and have no option that seems a bit extreme to me

This place is terrible! They are rude and the rooms are disgusting! They jacked up the price for an event at ATT. We paid $600 for a room and then had to pay another $70 to park! If I could give no stars I would. The rooms are horrendous! No lights, holes in the wall, stains on the carpet, doors don’t shut, beds are dirty, and that just a few small things.

Although i was five minutes from my destination. The motel had me pay an additional $75 for parking the day of the event when i was already a guest there. That was absurd.

The room was ok. Pillows were horrible. Tv did not work. Given two towels for a stay of four of us. Front desk refused to give us more towels. Shower was dirty. And changed when checking in changed his price on early check in twice, which made us feel we got scammed.

Stayed for convenience of location across the street from AT&T Stadium for Cowboys-Bucs game. Budget motel…expected price gouging for room…not for a motel parking space: They bend you over for $80 parking..Very excessive! You’d think they would have at least thrown in shampoo/conditioner/lotion in the room for that amount!…Lol. Four Seasons valet parking was only $30….
