The property looked very dilapidated. The bed was supported on what seemed like broken plywood. The mattress was dirty and the bed sheets had cigarette burnt holes on them. I immediately left and booked elsewhere.

The hotel is pretty run down. It serves its purpose as a place to sleep however the amenities are lacking. The house keepers do a good job however it doesn’t change the fact that the rooms are subpar at best. No drain plug to take a bath, the overflow holes are taped over. Toilet paper feels like sandpaper. The balcony overlooking the pool is a nice touch for what the place is. I did love that it’s a quick walk to the beaches. Upon arrival we were given a room, got to the room and opened the door only to find it was already occupied. We went down to the office and waited about 10-15 minutes for the guy to even come back out and address the issue. Next time I’m going to spend a little more to stay somewhere nicer.

Room was not clean there were fruit flies and areas that looked like they hadent been cleaned and when asked for money back was denied so just left with losing my money and booked another hotel.

If you have any intention of hanging around your hotel at all, or staying for more than a few nights I would not recommend staying here. The area around the hotel smells like an outhouse and the smell persisted for the 3 days we were here. Our non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. The sheets had what looked like urine stains and cigarette burns. Luckily we had brought our own bedding. The AC worked well and the bed was decently comfortable. Our shower and appliances worked fine, but we were told by other guests that we got lucky in that department. Overall just not a place I would choose to stay ever again. Its cheaper than most places, but still not worth what you'll pay for it. Pay the extra 100 to stay somewhere that isn't so gross.

Window was broken, holes in sheets and comforters, smelled stuffy and horrible. Walked into a room that had never been cleaned, dirty towels on the floor, broken lights, mold under tiles, full trash can. Called Expedia they did not help at all. Several families were trying to leave the property after check in due to these conditions. Jacuzzi was cold pool was dirty and there was toilet paper in the pool area with poop on it. Disgusting

Manager on site disrespectful Rooms dirty. Fire alarm missing. Stayed 2 night's nobody from maids to office staff even checked if i needed anything. No new towels or toilet paper were provided. I had to clean out frozen ice in fridge to fit things in freezer

The room is dirty. Everything was broken from having no smoke detector, broken lock latch on the front door broken shower rod stain on the comforter bathroom was dirty and smelled like piss. I had asked the front desk for another room. He refused and told me to cancel he was gonna cancel my reservation, even though I already checked in and paid. And go somewhere else and refuse to give me a refund very disrespectful and rude to women even asking for tells he refused and reviewing other people’s post, there has been some human trafficking in a week ago. Some lady and her children almost got kidnapped. Unsafe, I do not recommend staying here.

We stayed at this hotel and the couldn’t accommodate extra towels or pillow and blankets We were hanging out on balcony and some scratchy people where walking around the our balcony my son was itchy after going into pool rooms were falling apart bed felt like if I was in county jail

I feel like I need to take a bath in bleach and get a tetanus shot. There was human urine and feces under the stairs to our room, it smelled like an over filled port-o-potty. There was drug paraphernalia behind the towels in the bathroom. There was other people's hair in the sink. I had to ask the owner to kick out drug addicts fixing under the stairs, I also had to ask him to hose down the stairs and hallway because it smelled so bad we had to hold our breath to walk to and from our room #117 No WiFi which the owner blamed my device (iPhone 14) for not being able to connect. I had my 10 year old son with me, I couldn't sleep because I was scared to take my eyes off him. Unfortunately I did not have enough funds to cancel and book a different hotel last minute. What a terrible nightmare.

Room was clean but has a very strong musty smell. Had pool and jacuzzi. Less than 5min drive to pier and downtown.

We booked a last minute stay at Pacific Inn while we were down in Oceanside. Upon checking in the staff member, Nick, was decent. Once we got to our room, 114, we noticed right away how dirty the floor was. There was smeared candle wax all over the curtains, multiple cigarette burns (counted at least 16 holes) all of the bedding, the bathroom was gross, and the walls didn’t look like they were cleaned. My wife and I attempted to use towels to clean the floor but it was just too dirty. We have a 3 and 5 year told that wouldn’t stay in the bed and their feet were black from the filth! We decided after about 20-30 minutes we just couldn’t stay and left in the middle of the night to stay somewhere else. We have spent over 6 hours going back and forth with Hotels.com and Sam, the owner/manager, on trying to get a refund. This properly scams people out of their money. Save yourself time and frustration and book somewhere else! It’s not worth it!
