Stayed one night for a concert nearby. There was an issue with the A/C unit in my room but after I brought it to their attention, the staff was really helpful about it. They sent someone up to check on it right away and moved me to another room. No issues thereafter. Great convenient location - close to everything! Clean room & bathroom.

My family had the WORST experience at this hotel. Everything was going fine until our AC went out during our nap after we got off the plane. We woke up to 80+ degree room. Told desk attendant about it, and she had someone come up to “fix it”. That guy told us to turn it off for awhile. A few hours pass and it was not fixed. They sent a person again and we just requested for a different room having it been a few hours in very hot room. We get the keys to go to the room- AND WE WALK INTO A ROOM WITH PEOPLE IN IT! The second desk attendant did not check our ID’s and gave us an incorrect replacement key. We were incredibly embarrassed and have gone up and down the elevator 6+ times at this point. We get the correct key to our new room. The AC worked for maybe 1 hour until the same issue arose. AC not working. No reimbursements were offered to be made, little to know apology from the staff, and overall bad experience. One of the main good things about this hotel is that it is a close walk to Times Square and there’s a pretty good pizza place right next to it. But if you were traveling like we were with an elderly Grandma, do not come here. This hotel ruined my experience at NYC- given we got 0 sleep because of the heat; and my night of my engagement, where we chose to sleep there to celebrate .

No hot water. Charging to hold luggage when you check out. What next. Charging to breath air in the lobby. Bog standard. Not impressed.

Rooms are small but I loved the tub. Lobby is beautiful however rooms are very basic

I noticed a leak in the bathroom upon my arrival at 4:30 pm and brought it to the attention of staff. When I arrived hours later after 11 pm, the leak was worse and the bathroom was flooded. The front desk said I needed to contact Hotels, which I did. The front desk proceeded to not answer three phone calls from Hotels. I was finally moved to a different room after an hour, and am seeking a full refund.

Clean room! Very convenient! You couldn’t ask for a better location to do anything down town and stay for an affordable price!

Overall ok. We got a room that had a leak in the bathroom. there was standing water on the floor and you would get dripped on if you used the bathroom. They promptly moved us but it was a hassle at 11pm. Otherwise everything was fine

Half the elevators didn’t work, hallways smelled bad, room was very warm

Steps away from Times Square. As soon as you step inside the ambiance is calming and the hustle of 42nd Street disappears!

Check in to 20 minutes. They only had 2 people at the desk and a huge line. Very inefficient. Got a glass of wine at the bar but they wouldn’t let me bring a glass to my room…??? Had to drink out of a plastic cup. Never in my experience has this happened at any other hotel. TV remote didn’t work. They did bring a new one. I had requested extra pillows at booking but they weren’t in room. Tried calling front desk and housekeeping but none would go through. Had to use my cell phone to call. Elevators were always full. Waited for 5 before we could get in one to go down to lobby. Moldy grout in bathroom. Beds were comfortable and it was a great area but won’t be staying here again.

滞在中、エレベーターの故障が2度有り、不便と不安を感じた。かなり古いので、階指定のボタンの欠落や作動音も気になった。部屋はメンテナンスの不備が有り、例えば、コンセントの受け具が甘く、差し込んでも通電不良とかが有り、iPhoneの充電をベット脇のコンセントではないところで、行なうなど注意を必要とした。エアコンの作動音も大きくて気になった。ドアも含め、隣室や廊下からの話し声が聞こえる防音性である。水質にも問題がありバスに湯を張ったところ、薄茶色だった。洗面台の裏側とかの清掃が不十分で、浴室から、髪の毛のかたまりやゴミが見えた。 室料は高いが、立地による利便性とセキュリティは、満足している。
