The only positive thing I can say is the location. The property sits right by Little Italy and is just a short walk to the water, truly a lovely area. Unfortunately, everything else about this hotel was a disaster.
Elevators: Incredibly slow, unreliable, and hardly functional. You’ll spend more time waiting than actually moving between floors.
Rooms & Facilities: Our room had plumbing issues with visible leaks. The property itself is run down, with rust stains on the floor and paper-thin walls that make restful sleep impossible.
Service & Treatment: Right after arriving, we were absurdly accused of a noise complaint — even though we had literally just gone out for dinner and returned. When we asked to move out of the leaky room, the back-and-forth was exhausting. We were finally told we could check out late at 3pm, only to be kicked out at the regular 11am checkout time anyway.
Overall Management: It’s clear the staff are overwhelmed, dealing with constant issues created by greedy ownership that invests nothing into upkeep or customer care.
Final Verdict: Don’t let the nice location fool you. This hotel is a run-down property with unreliable amenities, dismissive management, and zero respect for guests. Save yourself the frustration and book literally anywhere else.
