The property sat on one of the highest hills with the perfect side by side corner window view of the city overlooking sunsets. We’ve not missed a single one, it was gorgeous! To get to this property was very easy, and inside we got everything needed. Fully stocked kitchen, ample natural light, all amenities and free extras as well. The building itself was super quiet so we slept soundly. Vince the host, equipped the kitchen with enough espresso, I was in mini coffee heaven. There’s a grocery, QFC, and other small convenience store switching 5-10 minutes walking distance and multiple other restaurants in the area. There’s an Asian heritage Museum, conservatory and a park all walking distance as well. Loved this gem and will visit again in the future!

By far the WORST experience I have ever had. Had a bad experience before even getting into the apartment. Clearly stating on-site parking which was my main reason for booking. There was zero onsite parking, hosts didn’t even respond when I asked where on-site parking was. Street parking took 45 minutes to find it only to find out it’s a 4 hour maximum time limit. Now for the apartment, where to start. It was TERRIBLE the bed seemed like it it had a hole in it, it was so uncomfortable. My kid, my wife, and myself all had sore backs the very next morning. To top it all off the heater stopped working and I got sick!! Square footage postage was inaccurate. Overall gross. It was so bad that I booked a hotel for our remaining days. I felt so uncomfortable in this apartment. I reached out to the host and they were not responsive, not understanding, not helpful whatsoever. I reached out to orbitz for the issue and requested a refund for the days we did not want to stay. They couldn’t get a hold of the hosts. Ironically, the day the stay was supposed to end the hosts reached orbitz and denied refund. This was by far the worst stay I’ve EVER had. Stay far away from this place. Hosts just want your money and will continue to take advantage of travelers. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

We booked this hotel for my aunt so she can stay the night. Everything was fine up until actually getting to her room. She said the elevator was broken and her room was on the fifth floor. Mind you she’s in her 60’s and climbing 5 flights of stairs isn’t ideal especially when she came tired. It would of been nice if they tried to accommodate her to a room on the first or even second floor but the 5th? Also, she’s a veteran and there was nothing offered for her like other places usually do…

We were unable to get into the property, ever. We were booked into a different hotel for the entire visit

The unit itself was outstanding. Very clean and in a great neighborhood of Capital Hill very close to restaurants. It is on the 5th floor and has great views from inside the unit and the rooftop, although the rooftop was not set up yet for the summer. Bed was very comfortable. I had a hard time finding the FOB when I got to the room. It was in small cup behind the door. We had an issue of the elevator not working on the 5th floor, not a big problem for us, but could have been for someone older. I know there were other people on the floor so it was curious it wasn't repaired sooner. I had to work in the room for two days....more comfortable chairs around the table might be nice. Big problem was Expedia. The map placement on their web page was wrong. I was looking for a place that showed 2 blocks from my son and it ended up being 1.5 miles. It shouldn't be to hard to implement a Google map solution. There is also not any parking on-site, but road parking seemed to be available even though I didn't have a car (I walked 1.5 Miles to my son's place :-( ).

The location is perfect, within walking distance from plenty of places to eat and drink. I felt very safe and comfortable, i have never stayed at a place like this. So cute!

Expedia advertises that the property has free parking. It does not have any assigned parking or parking lot for the building. The property only has street parking which has a 4 hour limit so you have to move your car every four hours. We had to park 4 blocks away one day. Also the roof was locked so that amenity wasn’t available.

Great location, clean place with a nice view from the top floor of the complex. The studio is perfect size for the 2 of us!

Cute little studio with kitchen and washer and dryer. Close to dowtown. Walking diatance to several bars and restaurants. No assigned parking which was a little difficult. I was fortunate enough to find street parking one street west of the location. But perfect for the one night I needed it. Instructions in the email made it easy to get the key since this is not a hotel with a front desk. Cute little apartment and I did utilize the rooftop deck several times. The views of the city were amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect and as advertised. Mattress on bed cold be a bit better, maybe add an inexpensive memory foam top. Other than that, I'll be back.
