The hotel was quaint and what we needed. The trains did come through while we were there but it wasn’t too much of a hassle to where I was not able to go back to sleep. The associate at check in and check out was very courteous and friendly.
Did not see anything about the $75 card/$100 cash deposit during booking but I did Read reviews so saw that and glad I prepped ahead of time for that. Aside from the deposit and the train it was a very pleasant stay.
If you are a cold natured person, they don’t have “blankets” it’s the flat sheet and a very very thin throw so bring some extra covers if you like to be bundled up.
The pillows are little square sheets fluffed up. It was fluffy and okay for me but if you need the standard pillow just a heads up.

The front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating. I have been here for over a month and a half off and on. Its very close to my job and there are lots of things to eat in the same area. This is a different property from my normal, but for the price and the convenience I give it a 10 out of 10.

We reserved a non smoking room the room they gave us reacked of cigarette smoke. The sheets appeared to not be fresh there was hair on sheets and pillow cases , the comforter was stained, the restroom smelled unclean.

I had to bang on the door to check-in, I rang the doorbell several times. I could see the worker on her phone in the lobby. The toilet leaked and the hair dryer did not work. The bed spread had cigarette burns all over, we were in a non smoking room. The pictures did not match the room.

this place had hidden charges not associated with the website and overall staff was horrible 100 dollar unlisted charge with 75 dollar charge on your card plus the room and the charge me for it even though I canceled in person after be notified at the front desk by a horrible staff and unclean lobby wound give 0 stars if i could please avoid at all cost they are scamming you out of your money

Within 2-3 days, I killed 3 roaches and a 4th got away. After that I didn’t see any more (during one week stay):
There were a lot of rust stains in the bathtub, around the circular disc just under the faucet.
I used a hand towel twice, then discovered what looked like someone had blown their nose in it.
The sheets were clean, the bed was quite comfortable, and the floor and carpet were clean.

Pros: the a/c worked great
The beds were comfortable
Cons: the first room we were assigned reeked of weed. So badly we had to ask for another room immediately (my wife is pregnant and couldn't handle it). The new room had stains on the carpet, stains on the duvet covers, the bath tub was stained and grungy, the tv was barely viewable it was so fuzzy, no ice machines worked because, per the office, people used them too much, the outlets were so worn out our electronics couldn't stay plugged in, the toilet had to be flushed multiple times to flush...you get what you pay for. We will spring for better next time. We left a day early to avoid staying another night.
