My stay was extremely stressful however not due to Quality Inn. The staff are so sweet & helpful considering the reason my youngest son & I were staying here. Very clean, great air conditioning & comfortable beds. Good Experience overall

Great location - staff was very helpful but property definitely needs improvements. Our door deadbolt wouldn’t lock - water pressure was awful. Door between rooms had broken handle just sort of hanging.

The sheets were rough, the room smelled, the toilet wouldn’t flush and the parking lot had multiple people hanging out when we arrived about 11pm. It was ok for a place to sleep for a few hours but I will not go back there.

Sheets was dirty in first room, second room smelled like dust, air conditioner did not cool the second room I was moved to and it was dirty also. Do not recommend this motel.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a very rude desk person who freaked out because we had a boat, says she didn't know where we could put it even though the parking lot was empty, the outside of the hotel was unkempt, the room was dirty, there was dirt and dead bugs on the floor, a piece of trim was pulled off, there was hair in the sink, hair in the tub, the toilet was not cleaned, the sink was unfinished and was clogged, there was paint on the curtains, dirt on the shower curtain, the tub drain was broken, the sink fixtures had been painted with silver paint. The luggage rack and hand bar in the bathroom were all rusted out and nasty. I would not recommend or stay here again. For $80, it was not QUALITY at all.

Had 7 star rating so thought it would be a good coice, however it was awful. Room had old food in floor, used washcloth in shower, shower running, mold in bathroom and fixtures in bad shape and need repairs. One bed creaked with every move and sunken.

The property needs updating, it’s old. My shower water barely ran. The room was not as clean the sofa was dirty in the room. Housekeeping did come everyday and did clean though.

The only thing I liked was Sashja, at the front desk. She was really wonderful and very kind. As far as the room…
Peeling paint, stains everywhere, different colored light bulbs, stains lamp shades, dirty bathroom with stains, dirt and hair everywhere. And the biggest disgust was the toilet seat/toilet area. The toilet paper was peeling and stuck to itself. And the toilet seat was yellow, stained, peeling, cracked and disgusting. I slept with all of my clothes on and still was worried about getting bed bugs, based on the rest. The cleaning staff clearly takes shortcuts. I am extremely disappointed and would never stay or recommend to anyone passing through

First of all the front desk person was fantastic. She did a great job and should be working at a much nicer facility. The bathroom had hair all in the shower all on the floor and stuck to the toilet. I went and got a broom and cleaner from her and cleaned the room. The first time, my son, used the toilet for number one it overflowed everywhere. The water pressure was terrible. She came and fixed the toilet. I wouldn’t even sleep under the covers, but it was the only place available on a Saturday night soccer tournament weekend. Go somewhere else if you have the opportunity!
