The property is okay. Check-in was very slow. The gentleman handling the check-in seemed he was more interested in chatting that getting you checked in even though others were waiting. Breakfast is pretty average to less than. Windows were terribly water stained. Refrigerator froze our stuff, couldn’t find any temp adjustments

The floor was wavy. The bathroom sink was horrible stained. The vanity top had cup rings.

The young gentleman that checked us in in the evening was great. The room was overall pretty basic, something I would expect from a motel six. We didn’t catch it right away, but the next morning there was soap from the previous guest with Hair attached to it. I opted not to shower that morning. When I brought it up to the lady with the longer dark hair upon checkout, she seemed less than worried. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Internet was unavailable most of the time. Water pressure in the shower was very low and water temperature was lukewarm

Clean rooms and friendly, competent staff. Good breakfast and dining area.

I found the hotel to be underwhelming. The bathroom was dingy. The noise from surrounding rooms made it hard to get to sleep early. The housekeepers were very helpful with extra towels.

This is an older hotel that has tried to update. The room is large. The breakfast was very good.

I specifically liked Patterson manager who checked us in. He was nice. He talked to me and he did a very thorough job up of getting me checked in and in the right place.

The lobby area is really nice. However, the rooms are dirty. The blanket was sticky. Will never stay again.

Outside of Coos Bay. Would have preferred closer.

This place was a good fit for the price other than being very dirty. The mirrors still had splashes and my feet were freshly clean but black 2 minutes after walking barefoot inside. The toilet wasn’t secured to the floor.

The front staff was awesome, the breakfast was great, outside of the building was nice and clean and kept up. Located in the mall parking lot made it nice to go shopping. Central location was easy to get around town. Looks like they tried to spruce up the inside but the painters missed several spots and whoever cleaned up after them looks like they took one rag and wiped everything down including all the mirrors, headboard, floors, counters, that had all the Sheetrock dust on it. The only thing that was really clean was the bed (which I was great full for) the towels and the toilet. I cleaned the room when we got there and let the front staff know. They let me know that they had a cleaning crew and would let them know. Other than that it was great.

Upon arrival I was not greeted at the desk. I stood there for 30 min. Waiting for the desk clerk to manage something with his computer and during that time he never made eye contact with me or said hello! When I was finally acknowledged and began the check-in process the “refundable” dog deposit was changed from $25 quoted to me on the phone to $39 which I paid with the assurance that it would be refunded to my card if all was well when we left. (This is not true. Might as well state up front you will not be receiving this money back!) I was provided 2 electronic keys to our room (one each for me and my husband but only one holder.) When we opened the door to our room it had a horrible odor at first. Very caustic. We decided it must have been from the cleaning agents so we turned the air conditioner on full blast and left the door open while we unloaded our vehicle to help air out the room. The floor was very dirty. We could not walk barefoot as it would get our feet dirty and it needed repair between the vanity area and the shower area as it was lifting up. There were not enough towels for 2 people so we had to stop at the front desk and as for additional towels. And the coffee setup in the room was very inconvenient! The little coffee pot barely fit in the area allowed for it! I was actually worried it might fall on the floor! The room refrigerator was dirty on the outside but clean on the inside. It just felt like the whole stay was a big disappointment!

It was on a busy road but because of the shape of the hotel having an inner court yard our room faced a beautiful green space that shielded us from the noise of the street. The room was clean, I loved the fridge away from the bed. Did not hear the noise of a small fridge which can be distracting at times. lots of space and friendly staff. Only one night on our travels but I would do again when traveling the coast.

Staff was not real friendly and wasn't impressed that they couldn't print me an accurate receipt just bc I booked online on Hotels.com. the breakfast choices are not great. We found a very thick black hair in the sink when we arrived. Neighbors above us were very loud at midnight.
