Starting going about 3 yrs ago stay a few good times for CP. they are starting to let rooms get run down. Door wouldn't shut or lock for us the last time, they had 10-12 yr olds next to us while the parent or parents were across the room. Complete mess and chaos! Had to go up to front desk 3 times.this time room wasn't kept up, what they DO NEED IS REAL MADE COFFEE IN URBS, not the instant in the machine that's out. At least give your guests real coffee, they do at all other hotels. Even your breakfast coffee is that same bad tasting stuff. Staff isn't as friendly as a couple yrs back either. We gave them one more try from a month ago, we are moving on to see some others we gave t tried yet.

Good value but not a nice place

Staff was great! Rooms were clean. Bathtubs could use some updating and pillows were small. Overall, great stay for the price!

Overall, so/so. The shampoo bottle in the shower was completely empty. This signals the cleaning staff didn't even check after the prior guests left, that's a huge concern! Breakfast could be extended a little longer than 9 am for families on vacation.

Our stay went well overall. Our only complaints were that the couch was horrible stained so we didn't want to sit on it. Also, we had to have the toilet plunged twice 🙄, which was something that occurs often there. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay for several days

Check in was smooth and we were allowed to check in early. The room had a terrible smell almost like cat urine. The bed was hard as a rock. We took our son to the indoor pool and there was a piece of someone's weave laying on the pool deck. There was also black mold on the ceiling. We decided it would be better to just drive home than try to sleep in uncomfortable beds.

I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast since I slept in, but it was nice to know it was available. The location is great—close to lots of restaurants and stores, which made getting around super convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast was good, staff were nice, had amenities, nice that coffee was available 24/7. Room was damp and smelled of cigarette smoke. Carpets in hallway were stained, elevator was sketchy, pool area was dirty. Room was beat up, bathroom tub was stained and couch was stained. Just the basics but wouldnt recommend as was expensive for a dated/dirty room.

Needs updated. Had no ice machines. Kinda dirty. Breakfast was mediocre. Our room had a funky smell and 2 broken door handles. The entire room especially the bathroom was dirty. Not impressed or felt like moneys worth.

We had a very nice stay. It was about ten minutes from Cedar Point so it was very convenient for us. The hotel staff make this place great.

This hotel is close to shopping, restaurants and Cedar Point.

The porperty was fine for what we needed. The breakfast was good.

Really just needed a place to sleep after a long day at Cedar Point. The beds and shower were good. Our deadbolt on the door did not work. Other than that, pretty good stay for a basic hotel room.

Worst hotel I've been at in a long time. Never staying at Quality Inn again or using Expedia.

Wonderful! The staff is what makes or breaks a hotel stay and the staff here are top notch! We loved the breakfast, we loved that the pool opened early so we could use it before checking out, and we loved how kind the staff was!

Nice clean property and rooms. A little outdated but everything worked and we felt comfortable.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean in general. Noisy AC unit. Beds were good. Oddly, soap dispenser was outside bath/shower area where sink is. Shampoo and conditioner were in shower, I don’t think adding soap would break them.

The room had no night light for the bathroom, the toilet needs to be replaced with a taller toilet, the pool area was so hot you couldn’t hardly stay in the area, a bunch of roudy boys showed up in the pool area and were loud, cussing and showed no respect for the other guests, the gentleman that was there around the pool room left when the group of roudy boys showed up.
