I’m sorry to submit a bad review. The young lady who checked led me in was excellent and very helpful. I was surprised to see that there were many people who appeared to be hanging out around the hotel, almost as though this is a homeless shelter but the price was so low, I should have anticipated the atmosphere. I understand that there may be financially challenged people in the neighborhood who need a place to stay. I’m just passing through so I’m here for only here for a quick nights sleep before resuming my trip and I am not familiar with this part of the country did not feel comfortable sleeping on the sheets-they were either not clean or they were just stained but I covered my spot with a towel and slept uncovered in my clothes. I could have sworn I saw 3 stars on the Expedia listing but I could be mistaken. I would definitely only give one or 1/2 star because it’s kind of a scary place for a senior citizen woman traveling by myself. I’m so sorry, I should have known that “you get what you pay for” but the young lady at the desk was wonderful. I’m actually hoping she is safe here at work. Im sure they clean well but I’m just turned off by the area. So sorry. You don’t need to post my review. I think I just booked hastily sight unseen. Thank you!

This place is actually disgusting and unsafe. The first room we were in, the door lock was coming off the screws (unfortunately didn’t take photos) so we asked for a different room and the second room didn’t even have a door lock. The front desk didn’t seem to care and we were stuck with that one. There were dead roaches in the corners of the room and overall a gross musty smell through the whole place. If we hadn’t been traveling from 3am-9pm we would’ve just gone elsewhere.

I called early to ask for a ground floor room and was told I couldn't get one. Upon arrival, the nice young lady was able to get me a ground floor room. However, after I checked in, she came out to my car and said that that room had not been made up yet and gave me a different room. The room did not have a trash can, a coffee pot, nor a remote control. I would have expected at least those things.

The 1st room was not ready ( l checked in after 3 pm), and the 2nd room the card did not work, the safety latch on the door was broken off. The toilet was so small , it like a childs toilet. They ice machine was broken ( wasn't giving any ice).

Didn’t stay because of check in time. I traveled from PA and needed to sleep. I tried calling multiple times and couldn’t get anyone on the phone and the office was closed for over an hour. I chose to get a room elsewhere.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were decently clean, but there were stains under the sheets and pillows. The bathroom wasn’t extremely dirty, but it wasn’t entirely clean either. The area looks a little sketchy, but we were safe. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, it just could have been a little cleaner.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very lovely!
Negatives for us is that our TV remote would turn on the TV and that’s all, wouldn’t let us change channels or volume, we got a second remote from reception and it done the same thing.
Our room neighbours were also out on the balcony all night talking loudly and playing music.
Would stay here again though.

Biggest gripe of visit was cleaning. Holes in bedding plus stains on sheets. Bedsheets did not appear fresh. Bumps in walls, very beat up chair and (burnt?) hole in tub. If the room was cleaner I would give it a 2 star. Great service on check out at front desk.
One last concerning note. One badge needed to be reprogrammed. The desk attendant did this without validating. Can anyone just walk up and say to program their card for room X? Scary…

We got there later at night and the parking lot was already appearing unsafe. After we got up to our room we had no sheets on the bed. They told us no other rooms were available to they would clean ours. 30 minutes later after we got up to our room the sheets they had put on our bed were stained and there was food in the microwave. We then decided to leave and stay somewhere else. Would not recommend.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were decently clean, but there were stains under the sheets and pillows. The bathroom wasn’t extremely dirty, but it wasn’t entirely clean either. The area looks a little sketchy, but we were safe. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, it just could have been a little cleaner.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very lovely!
Negatives for us is that our TV remote would turn on the TV and that’s all, wouldn’t let us change channels or volume, we got a second remote from reception and it done the same thing.
Our room neighbours were also out on the balcony all night talking loudly and playing music.
Would stay here again though.

Biggest gripe of visit was cleaning. Holes in bedding plus stains on sheets. Bedsheets did not appear fresh. Bumps in walls, very beat up chair and (burnt?) hole in tub. If the room was cleaner I would give it a 2 star. Great service on check out at front desk.
One last concerning note. One badge needed to be reprogrammed. The desk attendant did this without validating. Can anyone just walk up and say to program their card for room X? Scary…

We got there later at night and the parking lot was already appearing unsafe. After we got up to our room we had no sheets on the bed. They told us no other rooms were available to they would clean ours. 30 minutes later after we got up to our room the sheets they had put on our bed were stained and there was food in the microwave. We then decided to leave and stay somewhere else. Would not recommend.
