Room was very nice. The only thing I would suggest is giving guests the ability to access streaming services and YouTube on the room TV sets. Of course each guest would have to use his or her account with a login password. Some Marriott properties have this option. Also very convenient to restaurants, stadiums, and shopping.

We had such a great time! Everyone was accommodating and friendly. Our favorite person was Patience, she was the one we talked to the most and she was attentive, kind, and so helpful!

Turquoise did a great job setting me up with my room and making sure I had everything I needed. I felt very welcome and really enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton.

Unfortunately a bad experience. First night, TV wasn’t working and the sink was clogged. Next day we requested clean service in our room, they never got there, or maybe they never let them know to go and get it done. The guys from valet parking had better customer service than anyone inside. On first day she gave a cost it wasn’t real, from $48 we ended up paying around $180 for three nights. We were ok with that, still the added a charge we don’t know yet where came from.

The hotel’s parking structure is under construction so valet is your only option at the hotel. My car stayed in valet for two nights and was returned to me with a broken window and a dent in the door and Parking Management Company sent me an email informing me that they won’t cover the damages on my new car that I entrusted them with. I would not suggest the hotel or the valet company to anyone.

This is my second time booking in this hotel.
I just do’t like that yhe Hotel Parking is closed. And it was not mention in the website. I booked this hotel mainly because of the Parking convenience we experienced the lat time I booked it. However, the overall stay was still good, the staff are nice, its just the parking inconvenience.

Parking was a sh*t show. The permanent parking garage sign sends you down a empty alley to nowhere. Came back, looked closr, and find the garage closed with no signage. Jusr ugly red tape. Why aren't they're large, nice signs on the fence aplogizing fir the inconvenience.
Then told we have to valet for a ridiculous price, or self park blocks away. You'd think the hotel would cut guests a break on valet cost, or cut a deal with a local garage...hotel management 101. But no, we were on our own, and had the pleasure of walking two blocks Sat in the torrential rain. Thanks.
The hotel is very tired. Peeling wall paper, crumbling ceilings. Why have marble and brass if you don't care enough to polish and maintain it? Desk chair was totally blown out...like sitting on a beach chair. Plug access at the desk was lousy. Came back Friday night to find a giant roach in the bathroom.
The rate was great, but clearly reflected the quality of the hotel. I'd rather pay more and stay somewhere nicer, which I will be next time.

They said they had a pool it was not filled. The parking garage was under construction so we couldn't park there unless we used their valet service for $47. There was hair in the bath tub. You also have to pay $50 to use the microwave. They only had one ice machine in the building. I was not made aware of any of this until I checked in.

Parking will be better when the construction on Sheraton's lot is complete. Also, wish the hotel allowed air conditioning 24/7. Even in the winter, rooms can get hot when 3-4 people are sharing the room.

Super friendly staff. Turquoise was wonderfully friendly & funny. She checked us in 45 minutes early on a super busy Friday. Check out staff was also friendly & funny; kudos to the trainee who helped.
Accommodations were entirely acceptable. Room wasn't out of date but wasn't too fancy or modern. Nice 20th floor view. Happy to see a mini fridge under the TV. No USB charge ports in standard room. Shower was pretty bare bones for a hotel. I love the fancier showers when I stay somewhere, so, a bit disappointing. Haha
In all honesty: Nothing to write home about. But nothing to complain about either. An affordable, adequate hotel RIGHT ON the Circle, which was wonderful for getting to concerts and downtown nightlife in minutes by foot. You'll save money on transport staying here if you're doing the downtown touristy stuff.
