This is a perfect option if you’re looking for a quiet, affordable, and secure place with a full kitchen and a pool! The property is fully gated, which made us feel very safe. The rooms, pool, and BBQ area are all clean. The laundry in the building is super convenient and saved me a lot of time.
Plus, there are plenty of places nearby—we walked to Publix and had breakfast at Starbucks. The beach was only a 10-minute drive, and parking there is inexpensive, around $4-5 for 3 hours. There are also lots of great restaurants by the beach.
One thing we really liked was the check-in process—it’s super easy and convenient! You can check in online and receive all the necessary information in advance, so you can arrive and check in at any time without any hassle.
Overall, this place is really cool! After reading some reviews about the area, I had lower expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the apartments and entertainment options were.
We will definitely be back!!!

It did the job of giving us a place to stay the night but I would never go back. The beds feel like you're sleeping on a rock and they don't tell you until you get there that you have to pay for parking.

space was good , but furnitures are old , receptionist was good , no lights in the room, to many homeless and crackhead arround, deposit was to much.. overwall is a good place but need a little amelioration

This is a perfect option if you’re looking for a quiet, affordable, and secure place with a full kitchen and a pool! The property is fully gated, which made us feel very safe. The rooms, pool, and BBQ area are all clean. The laundry in the building is super convenient and saved me a lot of time.
Plus, there are plenty of places nearby—we walked to Publix and had breakfast at Starbucks. The beach was only a 10-minute drive, and parking there is inexpensive, around $4-5 for 3 hours. There are also lots of great restaurants by the beach.
One thing we really liked was the check-in process—it’s super easy and convenient! You can check in online and receive all the necessary information in advance, so you can arrive and check in at any time without any hassle.
Overall, this place is really cool! After reading some reviews about the area, I had lower expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the apartments and entertainment options were.
We will definitely be back!!!
