The room was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft linens and plenty of pillows. I appreciated the attention to detail, such as the high-quality toiletries and the variety of snacks and drinks available in the minibar. The room also had a fantastic view of the city skyline, which was a pleasant surprise.
Service:
The service was exceptional throughout my stay. The housekeeping staff kept the room immaculate, and the concierge was helpful in providing recommendations for local attractions and dining options.
Overall Experience:

stayed 1 Wed night. checked in was easy and fast. Pretty quiet and bed was comfy. over all the room was clean. Bathroom needs better lighting and new towel wall hanging (rusting). Breakfast was good.

Staff was nice. Bed was comfy. That’s about all we needed. Shower had a dirty floor mat. Footprint dirt all throughout the motel. Toilet didn’t flush properly and the TV didn’t work.

Our room looked as if it hadn't been cleaned. Found used floss on dirty carpet. The AC was so loud we unplugged it, so we could get some sleep. Unfortunately, it got warm soon and we didnt get a good night's sleep. Informed front desk in the morning. No sorry no nothing. Person just looked at me and wrote down what I told her. Never staying here again.

Our stay was fairly last minute and this fit the need. The comforter on one bed was stained, but the sheets beneath seemed clean. The AC worked well. The staff were friendly; we never needed to contact them for anything. The breakfast is basic but good for on the go. The parking lot is well lit. We didn't try the swimming pool.

The staff at the front desk was nice, friendly and informative during check-in. The bed was not comfortable for me, but my husband slept well. The towel rack in the bathroom was bent with chrome peeling. The public bathroom had been mopped, but the debris and dirty water from the mop was slung on the wall. We went to breakfast 30 minutes before it ended and there was one of each thing. The cafeteria lady would bring out one more (not multiple) when that was gone. Then she brought out a large garbage can and sat it in the cafeteria the last 20 minutes of our meal. Also, the United States flag was not at full staff - it appeared due to the chain being broken.
