Stopped for a couple nights while passing through Boise/Idaho. The room itself was tight for our family but not too bad. The beds were comfortable.
The breakfast had some really great options. The first morning was eggs and bacon. The second was biscuits and gravy! Was very excited, because usually you just get carby foods and sugary food options.

Property smells of mildew and it’s even worse in the rooms. The door stuck on the door jam and you had to push or pull it open/closed. Could hear other doors with the same problem all throughout the night. The bathroom fan was broken, and the shower door had a large 4-6 inch gap at the bottom that allowed water to splash out, which may have added to the mildew smell in the room. I should also note, that one of us is extremely allergic to mold, so the mildew smell was very concerning. Running the A/C only made the smell worse and the unit was louder than the freeway noise when the window was open. Property would not allow us to fully check out early, nor provide a refund for the unused days. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I needed to change the nights i was staying. Front desk said they couldn't change it because i used a 3rd party booking. I contacted orbitz who changed the reservation on thier side, called the front desk to do the the same. They refused citing orbitz policy. Very poor customer service.

Booked by accident and it was too late to cancel. Gentlemen behind the counter wasn’t that helpful when asking about amenities. Room was clean but we think the sheets hadn’t been changed. Yikes!

Room was clean enough. Floor was laminate (but looks nice) likely because of pets.
We had2 dogs. When I inquired over the phone, pet fee was 30 per nights regardless of number of dogs (max 2). When I got there, it was 30 per pet per night. It would be fine as long as I was told when I inquired.
Card key stopped working on the 2nd day and had to be magnetized(?) again, which I never experienced before at any hotels.
Overall, it met my needs and was ok.

Booked by accident and it was too late to cancel. Gentlemen behind the counter wasn’t that helpful when asking about amenities. Room was clean but we think the sheets hadn’t been changed. Yikes!

Room was clean enough. Floor was laminate (but looks nice) likely because of pets.
We had2 dogs. When I inquired over the phone, pet fee was 30 per nights regardless of number of dogs (max 2). When I got there, it was 30 per pet per night. It would be fine as long as I was told when I inquired.
Card key stopped working on the 2nd day and had to be magnetized(?) again, which I never experienced before at any hotels.
Overall, it met my needs and was ok.
