The shampoo and body wash in the shower were completely empty. We didn’t pack any because the last time we stayed, we seen that was an available amenity. Breakfast was great!

The property is exceptionally clean and nice. All of the staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast was well stocked and as advertised. The only thing that was a problem was you can definitely hear everything from all of the other rooms and hallways. When I travel and have this happen I usually put the room fan on to dull the sounds but our air system did not have an option to have continuous fan on! But the price was great so it was a trade off. Will definitely use it again.

The walls are paper thin. We had a room with an adjoining door the room next to us. It was terrible. We could hear all their conversations late into the night. I felt like they were right in our room.

Our room did not have any soap in it. Rather than a bar of hand soap at the sink there was liquid lotion and there was liquid lotion in the shower rather than soap. We were traveling late and I had to go to the front desk to ask for soap, and he could barely come up with a couple little bars.

Absolutely the loudest hotel with the rudest guests ever. And the elevator dinged all night. Pretty sure the hotel was built with plywood because I heard everything upstairs and the hallway was full of loud people and ridiculousness. Kids running through the halls, stomping at all hours of the night from upstairs too. Ridiculous that I heard all that. The room was ok, but I'll never stay there again, not at that price!!! They should be ashamed of not having any rules for their guests too.
