Spark by Hilton Houston West Clay Road

The breakfast was not good nothing hot but coffee muffins cereal apple and orange and yogurt and bagels no meats the orange was watered down.

Bed were comfortable and nathtoom was clean. Beyond that, there is no coffee in the room, there was no coffee at breakfast, only a metal chair to sit in in the room, only a continental breakfast, paid for late check-out but got locked out of my room at regular time. Illstay across the street for the same price next time.

Very nice place to stay with all the amenities needed

The environment was nice, but the breakfast was horrible. They could not say they serve breakfast because it’s not a good experience.

Hotel was very clean, bed was comfortable. I very impressed, will definitely recommend. The young lady that checked us in was a bit slow but otherwise everything else was excellent

There was no front desk staff from 2am to 6am to help me with a very loud neighboring guest. So there was no sleep for me and my wife the 2nd night.

It was way better than the 3 night stay I had in downtown Dallas. Believe me, this one night with you all made up for all the worst with my last hotel. It was the crowne plaza but seriously, you guys were fantastic

Easy access nice rooms

This hotel is a refurbished LaQuinta now sporting a new brand. Everything has been renovated, and the facility is quite nice. The rooms are comforable and clean. The only miss for me was the complimentary breakfast, which was basically only muffins, bagels, yogurt, orange juice and nearly undrinkable coffee (it was very watered down). The lack of food options was disappointing, otherwise our overnight stay was pleasant.

Stayed for two nights. Booked for convenience if location and breakfast so we didn't have to go somewhere else. Thai is an obviously remodeled hotel bought by Hilton. They did an ok job on the remodel but the rooms are soooo tiny no where to sit and the continental breakfast consists of cellophane wrapped muffins stale bagels and yogurt. If you wanted cereal you could buy it from their "store". Not a very good stay

The noise level among the guests and housekeeping was beyond normal. Housekeeping started at about 9:00am and it seemed to be a door slamming competition between the towel remover, housekeeping and the guests. I have not experienced this level of door slamming in a long time. I made the manager aware and he stated that they would take suggestions into consideration? Too late…I did not ask for a refund just wanted to make them aware that they need to train staff on how to properly handle the doors when cleaning the rooms or removing the trash. As far as the guests, they were just pure rude. It was a heavy door but I made sure that I did it just let it slam.

Es un hotel muy bonito, muy limpio, y muy decente, habitaciones amplias y cómodas. . El desayuno continental es una total decepción ya que es solo pan, yogurt , jugo y café. El personal del turno nocturno son muy apáticos, No te ayudan con la solución de los problemas. El manager de la mañana, es muy amable y está dispuesto a ayudarte en cuanto pueda. En general sí lo recomiendo y sí me volvería a hospedar ahí.

Nice clean hotel, needs a better breakfast. Room gets hot then cold. Very humid in the room because there’s no bathroom fan

Location is completely under construction, which was not mentioned ahead of time before booking. Rooms look terrible and are not fit for visits. The room was dirty, we found dog food and rat feces left behind. The hotel offered no amenities, didn't even have a swimming pool. My family was so disappointed and disgusted thay we only stayed for 10 minutes and then left and checkout early. It was a waste of time and money. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. A disclaimer about the conditions should have been made available. I feel as I was scammed.
